Love this place! The staff is super friendly, they always offer to explain how to create your paleta if you’ve never been at their shop before. They have a great selection of paletas and the creations are endless! All toppings, fruit, and water (horchata, cucumber, watermelon, etc.) are always fresh.

Poor customer service, went in this past Wednesday 30 mins be for closing and employees were upset and had a bad attitude. Told me and my family that the could only do plain paletas because they were cleaning for closing. Left the place and never going back.

This is one of our favorite spots for a good milkshake. Something about the way you can build the perfect milkshake with your favorite paleta is great. Unfortunately, all the times we’ve been here, we’ve only had one friendly interaction. The countless other times, the workers seemed inconvenienced to serve us. Tonight we went in at 8:20 to get our milkshake, but we were turned down because it was “too close” to closing time at 9. I’ve worked in the food industry so I get it when people come in late and order something crazy. We didn’t walk in 5 minutes before close, it was 40 minutes until then! I’ve also watched them make the milkshakes and it’s not asking for much. Super disappointed but not surprised. Baskin Robbins did not disappoint!
