I went there for my mother’s birthday party. Through the whole organization process and throughout the night, the staff was professional, kind and courteous. They were constantly ensuring that everything was going well, the guests were taken care of, and that the evening proceeded smoothly. The food was good, the ambience was welcoming and the space allowed for the guests to easily communicate with each other in the section of the restaurant we were occupying.

Great service by Jimmy for a party of 7. Quick refills with the water and coffee. Service was quick (offered to send in our tables order before the bigger groups). Good was excellent (steak cooked to perfection). Lamb was impressive!!! Lettuce could have been a little more generous. Calamari were great (more sauce please).
Washrooms need a little makeover / attention. They are downstairs, so not easy access for elderly or physically disabled.

I was also at Fresco on New Year’s Eve with my family, and my experience was completely different. We found the atmosphere very warm and family-oriented, almost like being at a family party rather than a formal reception hall. The service was attentive, the food was good, and the portions were fair for a special holiday evening.
Given how reception halls and many restaurants were charging exaggerated prices for NYE, Fresco felt reasonable and honest in comparison. New Year’s Eve is always a busy, high-pressure night for any restaurant, but from what we experienced, the staff handled it well and did their best to make guests feel welcomed.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I don’t feel this review reflects the experience we had that night.

Horrible Horrible not the same service and quality as in the past. Was there for NYE we were a group the quality of the food was soo bad what a complete rip off!!!! So dissappointing with the prices of food these days crazy!!! Do not go to this restaurant no longer what it used to be. Not sure owners changed I don’t know but was Horrible!!! Do not waste your money and time here!!

The food and service was very good. There were 3 different celebrations around; baby shower, christening, engagement party. The noise was a bit much, you couldn’t hear 1 chair appart. Suggestions: add fabric to the walls and dimensions so sound doesn’t travel as much. And light music makes people talk lower. All in all good experience.

Amazing evening here. Where to begin? Arrived early with a GF for our reservation. Despite being full with prior bookings, we were seated almost immediately, with kindness and attentiveness. They apologized that it was a bit noisy (but it was Saturday night at an Italian venue ) FIVE star service, amazing food, and treated like family. Thank you, Sergio and all staff
