While ordering a sandwich, the employee making my food left the station to help the cashier. He handled cash, dropped it on the floor, picked it up, and then returned to continue making my sandwich—without changing his gloves. I asked him, “Didn’t you just grab money and pick it up from the floor with that glove?” He casually replied, “Yes?” and only then asked if I wanted him to change gloves. By that time, he had already touched the lettuce with the contaminated glove.
If this is his normal behavior-and judging by his reaction, it likely is-it raises serious concerns about food hygiene standards at this store. I won’t be coming back. I refuse to eat something handled with gloves that touched cash and the floor. Completely unacceptable.

I stopped in after my walmart shopping and was super pleased. The gentleman making my sandwich took real care in making it, he diddnt rush me or the food and was pleasant. I really appreciated him and the care he took on my meal. Thank you!

Totally unprofessional attitude from the staff. Often ignore the customization in the sandwich as mentioned during order placement. It seems that only when they get a wrong feedback, they try looking into order particulars for next order upon drawing attention to the last glitch. Placed an order today at 3pm, the order was randomly cancelled. Got an automated message in email saying that if I hadn’t cancelled the order then I should contact the sub location where the order was placed. I did with no help from them and no ownership of the cancelled order. Pinned it to the system. The topping on the cake my money was deducted from my gift card for a cancelled order. Only upon calling again and talking to Mr. Patel at the location, the order was even pinned as voided. Initially, not only was the order cancelled but my money was also deduced. The talk at least help mark the order as voided. Still waiting for my GC and my credit card to be credited back for the deducted amount.
