Went there and got a Venti Pumpkin Spice Ice Latte and a brownie. Drove and got to my destination and when I opened the brownie, there was a long hair on it. I went back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give it back in cash unless I had the receipt which I never got from the cashier. So I got store credit instead on dumb Starbucks card. I’m never going back to that location..

I don’t why it says customize in the option of the order if they are going to do it how they want. I ordered two mango dragon fruit lemonades with 2 scoops of fruit and light ice, I received just ice with water. What kind of service is that??????? And the person who was at the window was very rude. It doesn’t deserve any star!!

they could have robbed me, instead they gave me a cup of ice when I ordered a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso 🙂 only 5 sips and I am finished 🙂 thank you for your kindness of thinking of me in this hot weather 🙂

Went into Starbucks to pick out a travel mug for my niece for Xmas @ the new Starbucks location on Ogden Ave. in Berwyn. Drive through was jam packed when I went inside the store to browse. Inside they were all busy processing orders yet still so helpful to me w/a smile when I asked my questions. As you can see I selected a sharp looking mug, I know she’ll it! The staff are a delightful asset to Starbucks as well as our community! Glad to have them & I’ll go back again & again! Thank you all so so much, Deb

I’ve given this location multiple times, the staff seems very unpleasant. The manager is very bubbly but his staff does not reflect that. Overall this location would benefit from the very basics: Greeting, smiling, and just being pleasant.

Placed a mobile order, I went thru the drive thru. When telling them I had a mobile order, employee said “oh the one placed two minutes ago? Next time give us more time.” I’ve never had this experience before, employees are usually friendly and greeting. Even when given my drinks never said thank you or a have a good day. Just left a distasteful experience, working with customer service I wouldn’t question customers and tell them what to do next interaction unless it was useful for them.
