Ordered a large pizza but didn’t get toppings (pepperoni, mushroom) that I requested. Instead I got sausage and jalapeños, which is so ridiculous. Ended not able to eat the pizza at all. Very disappointed. Strongly recommend staying away from this papa John’s!

Ordered a pizza and side through the app and wanted to be patient in case they were busy so called after an hour and 30 minutes after placing order to find out they never even started the order because of a “technical issue” when they app said it was being prepared. Ridiculous. All I got was a refund for wasting my time and money waiting for an order that never came and wasn’t even offered a discount or someway to compensate for the mistake on their part.

Ordered 4 jack o lantern pizzas online for delivery at 5pm on 10/31. Tipped 25% for the delivery driver. Delivery was outsourced to Door Dash who showed up at 5:45. Asked the driver if he received the tip that I had added on my mobile order. He said he did not. So I gave him a separate tip. So… moral of story don’t tip on your mobile order especially for bad pizza (no cheese) and late delivery. BTW I tried to call 3 times that night and was hung up on all 3 adding to the frustration.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Papa John’s. I placed my order online because the staff at the register didn’t seem to know how to operate it when I first walked in—no one could figure out how to take an order in person. Fine, I figured I’d just order online and wait.
So I sat outside the store waiting for the pizza, thinking I’d get an update when it was ready. Spoiler alert: that update never came. No text, no email, no change in the app. Nothing. After waiting far longer than I should have, I finally went inside to ask—and surprise! My pizza had apparently been sitting there the whole time.
To top it off, the pepperoncini that came with the pizza looked like it had given up on life. Limp, shriveled, and sad—like the rest of the experience.
Do better.

Ordered a delivery from here after waiting an hour I called too see if they had an eta said leaving now, after another 30 min I get a notification my order was canceled, called the store again and the manager told me no its not its on the way give it a little bit more and then call back. Waiting another 20min I call the store and the manager said hes never spoke to me and this was the 1st time I’ve called. Absolutely ridiculous and from other reviews im glad the nast pizza never came

I haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in many years but I was pleasantly surprised. Really felt like I got my money’s worth.
All toppings distributed evenly. Pizza was cut all the way through. Really enjoyed their new stuffed crust. Would order again.
Service was good. Super fast delivery. Definitely recommend.

We ordered 2 pizzas, called back after estimated time, were told they just “cancelled” our order, 5 minutes away. No explanation, no phone call to let us know, just hung up on us when asked for explanation. No wonder they are a 3.2 rating. Don’t order from this unprofessional business!!!

We completely understand that mistakes can happen — it’s common for an item or two to be missed on a delivery order. However, what’s not acceptable is being unable to reach anyone at the store to resolve the issue.
Between my husband and me, we each called several times and followed the prompts to speak with a manager (extension 5), but no one ever answered. The automated system mentioned a voicemail inbox and survey option, but neither were available.
We ultimately gave up on calling because it seemed impossible to get through without showing up in person — which shouldn’t be necessary for a simple customer service concern.
While we understand occasional errors, not answering customer calls or providing a way to leave a message is very disappointing. This experience left us feeling frustrated and, honestly, like the meal wasn’t worth the cost.
