I live literally across the freeway from the Round Table on Herndon/99 in that plaza, but its gone so downhill with the weird employees and hour long waits after pickup time there. I come only here now, it takes longer, but my pizzas are always ready and theres someone at the counter talking to me politely. Pizzas are always legit, like a real honest pizza should be. Shoutout to all the employees there, but especially Vin or Ven tonight 11/16/25 around 5:30, great service.

Ordered for delivery… 1 hour wait and when pizza arrived not only was it cold, the order was incomplete. The driver said she was not given the drinks and that we had to call the store. When we did, the woman kept insisting on giving us credit for the next visit but finally said she would give us a refund. The driver returned shortly afterward with the drinks which was great but still did not make up for the hour wait and worse yet, cold pizza.

i order regularly from this location because its close and its the only pizza my kids like. i ordered this evening, around 930pm, which i know its pretty late but that doesn’t excuse the pathetic pizza we were delivered. I used to work at the kerman location for over a year and we would never send anyone what we were served and this inst the first time this has happened. it looks as though they took a large crust and stretched it out to an xl for a skinny crust and burnt it, thats not what i ordered and to top it off my husband ordered a few weeks ago they never delivered our food because they “couldnt find it”. we have lived in the same apartment for 2 years and have never had an issue when we ordered and my husbands money was not refunded back to his card. I dont understand how making a pizza can be so hard. This location needs to be trained by the kerman location!!!!!

I had an issue with my last order so they offered me a free medium on my next order. I’m not going to say too much here because the situation was a little unique, there were hiccups… but James got on the phone, heard me out and made it happen. He didn’t have to believe me, he didn’t have to do much but he went above and beyond and he did it the whole time with a smile on his face. I got there early to say thanks and the food was already coming out. Very cool ppl here… Very nice ppl… Very helpful ppl… James is the dude. The make it happen captain and I want to say thank you one more time. I’ll be back solely because of James.

Worse experience tonight with round table. The manager, people, and store manager absolutely worse customer service. My kids and husband went there to get a heart shaped pizza. Understandable, it’s busy 45 minute wait. Totally fine two hours later the people didn’t even have my husbands name on the board to even start his pizza and told him it would be a longer wait. They didn’t do anything. Ridiculous.

For all you can eat, pizzas were old and cold crust was like eatting carboard, salad bar was fine.
Tables sat dirty while the employee was on her phone. Another worker was lying down in a booth in the gaming area and told my friend the code for the bathrooms. Will not go back to this one gives Round Table a bad name

came in for a quick bite, the food was good and warm, atmosphere could have been better, it felt like a normal place service was amazing

Been coming to this pizza place since I was a kid quality has always been consistent zero complaints on the food service and cleanliness
The parking outside usually has alot of activity people walking around the area due to the stores in the area and Laundry next door so expect that still a great pizza spot
