This restaurant needs a professional staff. I picked up an order today and the hostess carefully handed me an aluminum container in a paper bag cautioning, “this is very hot, do you want a plastic bag?” Thinking a plastic bag would only melt, I took the hot container in my open hands, it was lava. I speed walked the container to my car and quickly noticed the bag getting hotter. The lava was now seeping out of the bag and onto my clothes and hands. I quickly put the container on my car seat and the bag completely fell apart. Smoking hot pinkish sauce was everywhere. I quickly grabbed a bag from my back seat and scooped up the mess and ran back into the restaurant. An annoyed but perky hostess looked at me with the sauce all over my clothes and with a straight face asked, “how can I help you?” I showed her the partially ajar container in the now disintegrated lava bag and suggested that perhaps the container wasn’t closed properly. She immediately asked, “well, did you turn it upright?” Now I’m furious but tried to remain calm. She paused and after a few seconds said, I have to speak with the manager and walked away. Another hostess quickly took the mess to the kitchen, my palms were bright red from heat. I asked for paper towels to clean my jacket and was given a kitchen towel. They prepared the meal again and as I left, the perky little hostess said, “now make sure you keep it flat,” like she was scolding a naughty toddler. The manager never came over to offer apologies. Please do better!

Put this restaurant on your must-visit list if you’re nearby! Our group of four dropped in for an early dinner and received top-notch service from Brooke. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full. The pasta dishes were all delicious, and we highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying meal. Ask about the lobster ravioli. It is not on the menu!

We came in for Christmas Eve dinner. Our server Stephen was friendly and attentive. We had such a wonderful time. The food was amazing! We are Italians from New York and this will be our only go to for Italian food! Everything was so good from the wine to the appetizers and entrees and def the dessert. Go for the homemade pasta too! Thanks Stephen for working on a holiday and making us feel like family!

This place is much better in person, than the pictures look online, and the food is incredible, considering the area. The atmosphere is very comfortable and feels Italian-esque. It was enjoyable enough that I took my daughter here one night and my wife out here following night after discovering, it was so good.

Smaller inside than expected, theres not a lot of space on the tables but they clear items quickly. Our food was all delicious. We tried the bruschetta, chicken parm, fettucine carbonara, and a few different desserts. Would definitely come back!

I am obsessed with this place. I always order off of GrubHub. So far I have tried their lasagna (AMAZING – not even my favorite pasta dish & it is incredible here), crab tortellini, fettucini alfredo, panettr dinner, crap soup, broccoli & mushroom soup, tiramisu, lemon cake… Literally everything I get from here is delicious. It’s why I keep coming back. I would love to come visit in person. Thanks for making great food. (-:

This is Italian food at its finest. I’m originally from Europe and it’s hard to find good food in the US. I was here on a business trip and my coworker took me here. I thought I was in heaven! You can tell everything is freshly made. We shared eggplant parmigiana and bruschetta as an appetizer. As an entree I had four cheese tortellini, and tiramisu as a dessert. Everything tasted so good! My two coworkers had pasta Alfredo, which was also very delicious. They also offer some homemade pasta for an extra charge. They also serve bread with your appetizer, which was very tasty as well. Our server, Olive (or Olivia?) was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back when I’m visiting again!

Valentine’s at La Casetta is a must for me every year. (Personal reasons) This year was a little different due to work. They went over and beyond to make it special for us. We didn’t have the fancy table cloth with the flowers and candles we had people engaging with us. Our server Matteo was outstanding!!!! They weren’t doing the Valentine’s dinner menu at the time , but Chef Fran made it happen!… Order the Lamb…. The chicken was outstanding as well.
