First time done in, it’s good food. However a guest ordered fajita nachos and the chips were overcooked and not worth having.
Management did take them away and brought something different.
They did charge for the uneatable nachos..
So don’t think we will go back.

Customer service was lacking and queso wasn’t warm long. Fajitas were sizzling and birria tacos were great! Factoring in the bill amount of $92 and customer service, not likely to return. Pretty disappointing considering other reviews.

First time going there and I tried to order food from the drive thru and the person that was taking our order was just yelling through the speaker that it was difficult to understand what she was saying. We decided to go inside instead once inside I waited for about 5 minutes with employees just waking around staring at me but not came up to ask if I needed help. I waited about another 10 minutes and no one helped. They weren’t busy and the two tables that being occupied already had their food. I ended up just leaving.

IMO one of the best tasting Tec-Mex restaurants in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Service has always been great anytime I’ve gone, and over the past year it’s at least once a month.

First time here I give them a 10/10. The only thing that I was not happy with was the salsa. It had a tomato sauce taste instead of salsa. I had the Fajita Texanas (single). I ate 2 fajitas and had enough left over to share with2 people. I dranked a strawberry peach margarita…delicious! The restaurant was clean and spacious. Comfortable seating, not up on the table next to you. My sister had the chicken and spinach meal and loved it. This place is in the top of my favorite Mexican restaurants.

To be honest we where going to Pedro’s because of the reviews by friends. It was packed so we decided to go to El jarrito instead and we glad we did. Quality of food was amazing. We will be going here for now on.

OMG!!! I’m a person who can eat Mexican food 24hrs..7 days a week. I have my favorites.. But now… this place tops my list!!! Everything. I mean everything I ate was an awesome taste experience! The salsa..bar none… the best at any restaurant I have ever eaten at. I’m totally blown away. Huge portions. Great prices. Huge selection. 5 stars is not enough. They are new Bossier City. And now they are my goto Mexican restaurant.
Day 2..Lunch…. I was not dreaming! Nachos were unreal!! Salsa is out of this world good!! I will be stopping daily for salsa to take home.. you have to try this place!
2 weeks later..9 times eating there… This is my new go to. I cannot get enough of the salsa!!! Every time I have not been disappointed. Amazing food! Please be patient with the servers… they are still trying to understand the rhythm of a newly opened place. They will get there!!
