If I could give zero stars I would. The manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He’s bald and has glasses. Would’ve gotten his name but he refused to tell me his name. He Refused to use a gift card we had because it had a code to type in instead of a barcode. Kept cutting us off every time we tried to explain that you had to type in the gift card code. We will not be back. By far the worst service I’ve ever had. Rather go to subway at this point.

Great place to eat. Busy on Sundays after church, out the door busy. We went back on Monday evening and got right in. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Our sandwiches were great but the Mac and Cheese tasted like powdered cheese. That is the only minor criticism for an overall great experience.

They’re good. This is the only mcallisters location I’ve been to, so I don’t have much to compare to, but Its a good place for a halfway sit down meal. Very nice dining area outside, which is nice to dodge the virus, but the inside dining is nice enough that I like to switch back and forth. Overall good food, a lot of healthier options and everything usually comes out pretty good. They’re somewhat inconsistent with order accuracy, otherwise I would give 5 stars easily.

Found 2 kernels of corn & a bean in my Spud max. No olives or onions. I order this item regularly and this is a first. This is also the first time at this McCalister’s. I will stop here again and will change review if next one is better

Food was really good !! We went lunch time so the wait was longer than I’d like but totally worth the wait!! I had the Spicy Southwest Chicken Sandwhich with potatoes side and it was super good . The manager, who was the one who took our order, was really friendly ! He was really good about promoting different items on the menu like the coleslaw side . Atmosphere outside is great and I definately recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something new !

I love this restaurant. Our family comes very frequently, and the quality of food for the dollar is amazing. The environment is inviting and clean. The staff is friendly. If there’s ever a prom, they make it right with no problems. I’ve interacted with both managers, and they’ve always done an awesome job. It’s a very well run store.
