We ordered pizza last night at 9:30 pizza didn’t show up until 12 cold and nasty . The driver didn’t even have it in a pizza bag. He had it sitting on his floor of the truck. The guy at the store didn’t know what was going on , stated they only had 1 driver but wasn’t sure how much longer it would be. You’d think after a pizza has been sitting in your window for over a hour you’d call the customer to let them know what was going on. My husband and I weren’t home and my teens ordered it so when we got home I called up there and told them I would come get it. Got all the way to QT and he calls and said the driver came in a snuck the pizza out. I asked him to call the driver so I could just meet him and he stated he didn’t have his number. So we went back home and then waited another 20 minutes for him to arrive.. I understand short staffed but a courtesy call would of been nice. This morning I have been trying to call the store to talk with a manager for 20 minutes and no longer me is picking up …

I did the 50% carry out deal. Got a large pizza for 9 bucks. Put in the order as I was leaving work in wentzville and it was ready by the time I got home. Every thing was delicious and just as I asked! This is why Papa John’s is my favorite.

the manager was incredibly rude. i don’t know her name but so incredibly rude to myself and my boyfriend together and separately. she needs to be removed from her job position she is not a good face for papa johns at all. never in my 16 years of living in wentzville and always ordering from papa johns, have I ever experienced such unsatisfactory and unhelpful service.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE UNDER NO CIRUMSTANCES GO HERE. You would be better off spending your money at marcos for the same price but 10x the quality. The “wings” are glorified chicken nuggets with barely any sauce. We got not 1 but 2 colors of garlic sauce. The bacon cheezybread should be called “cheezy disappointment” because it has 2 pieces of bacon on it, and it tastes like nothing. The “large” pizza is the size of a baby plate. Choose literally anywhere else for pizza. Dont waste your money here. Papa should disown you

Placed order for 4:45 arrived 10 min early and was already in the warmer. Pizza was barely warm when we got it home. Order the pumpkin looking pizza to surprise the kids and looked like pepperoni was just thrown on the pizza. Our pizza was nothing close to what was shown. The kids could not make out what it was. Waste of money ordering that pizza.

I ordered a New York style pizza. Looks like half of it is New York style and the other half is original. Not only that but my pizza arrived cold. Not warm, cold! Who wants to eat cold pizza? I’m highly disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again. Other Papa John’s do way better.

I can not believe a Papa John’s Pizza is run this badly!!! I was delivered the wrong order that took 70+ mins to get, went to the store to find a lady had been waiting for over 30mins for an order that was wrong. I’m about to get a refund. The manager refused to speak to her or myself. The store looks to be in shambles, dirty, unorganized. I will not order from this location again and probably not ever from another Papa John’s. I only gave 1 star because I to. -5 star rating!
