Atmosphere gets a 4 because its small and quiet. Food very disappointing. Ordered a takeout footlong meatball sub on Italian herbs and cheese. I didn’t get it toasted. I regretted not doing so. When my wife got home with it. Mind you I live in Pine View Apts 0.4 miles away. It was cold. Cheese was barely even melted. Im 100% disabled due to a tumor in my cervical spine. So wife does a lot and I just couldn’t justify her going back out for just myself. Subway. Yall can make sure some pre-made meatballs and sauce is semi hot at least.

Went in to get a tuna sandwich and while eating it i found a long white hair in my sandwich, thankfully i was still in the parking lot so i went back in to get a new sandwich and they acted inconvenienced and bothered like it was my fault their hair was falling out into sandwiches. the gag is??? my second sandwich ALSO had a hair in it. never returning.

Went for lunch today at 11.30. When we walked in Damiana and Lydia were so friendly and welcoming with their smiling faces!! Our sandwiches were made perfectly too. The restaurant looks so good with the new updates. We will be back!

Third time I’ve tried online order with this place… I don’t know why I tipped ahead of food my bad.
Never been so tempted to drive back for 3 bucks back. No oil or vinegar… this isn’t even the right bread or toasted.
But three workers nothing else to do couldn’t figure out to toast a thing without someone telling them to.
Guess I’ll have to get from well everyone else that has figured out online ordering
Three people… one taking a nap up front while the other two talked. Meanwhile sandwich missing ingredients.

Will not be coming back to this location! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. For starters I waiting in line with only one person in front of me for an extremely long time while the girls acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Most of the food containers were empty and when I asked for fresh mozzarella the girl went to the back and got a package of mozzarella out, and one by one put the sliced cheese in the container. After she filled it completely, the girl then takes ONE piece of cheese and rips the cheese in half! I asked for one more slice of cheese and she gave had an attitude about it. She then puts my sandwich in the oven and starts working on the next order. After taking my sandwich out of the oven she completely ignores my order and starts working on the next 3 sandwiches. After I wait for a long time the girl gets back to my order. In the middle of ringing up my order the girl says “hold on” and proceeded to go take a phone call in the back!! I couldn’t even leave because she hadn’t rang up my food. At this point the people in line see what’s going on and start to walk out. Seriously the worst experience. The girl had braces and short curly dark hair.

By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I always enjoy coming to this specific location due to the friendly service. As I was walking up tonight the short chubby lady with the blond and blueish hair was saying something to the other guy behind the counter and looked at me and rolled her eyes. As I walked in I wasn’t even greeted and I stood there for 10 minutes and not even a word was said to me. Definitely won’t be coming back here if these rude staff members continue to work there.

Talked to the manager about me eating a molded cookie. She was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She called me a liar. She said the cookies come straight from the freezer to the oven, and they don’t sit out for long. However, I went to countless subway stores. They’re always days when the cookies taste stale but never molded until now. So who’s the liar? I couldn’t provide proof of a photo, because I ate the cookie. Does not mean I’m lying. And why be rude to the victim when I never disrespected anyone and talked to people with respect. I will be calling corporate.

As for Subway… this place was VERY clean. The staff was very attentive, and knowledgeable about their sammiches. Im a fan of the Tuna. The builder of my wheat footlong was generous with everything, as she assembled my Sub. I will definitely be back.

About four tables inside available. The other tables are pushed against the counter so the line of people had to stand a few feet further back. Unfortunately this makes it hard to read the menu and see the ingredients. Restaurant is clean. Sandwiches are the usual good quality. Ordering and recieving for was actually very quick, maybe quicker than usual.
