In town for work and wanted a Vegan options on a later Sunday night (8:30). I gave it a whirlwind and it did not disappoint! You should check this place out!
We did have to talk through the options quite a bit, but it worked great. Start with a Fajitas Burrito , no meat, or dairy, add rice, beans, lettuce and avocado, it was great!
A bit on the oily side, but it was huge! Get all of the sauces and mix and match!
Money!
Thanks for helping a Vegan find a delicious dinner! Ohh and the meat options looked like the bomb!

Absolutely the best Mexican food we’ve found in IF! It actually matches or beats our favorite place in So CA. Homemade tortillas, flavorful smooth refried beans, homemade sauces, and generous meat portions make it the top of our list. We live in Ammon, but it is SO worth the drive to get there. Treat yourself to anything on their daily special or fried tacos! So many options to choose from, you can’t go wrong.
Update: I recently was surprised by how good and reasonably priced their a la carte options are. I love the chili relleno and french fries and my son just enjoyed an enchilada. They serve it with shredded lettuce and cheese on top, so it is really filling. still 5 stars +. Update 9/24 We had their breakfast burritos this morning. My son said it was the best you’d ever had. Updated 11/6/24 still the best!! Love this place.

Husband and I were traveling and stop here before we headed home. We wanted something quick and easy. We both got breakfast burritos and took them to go. These puppies were hefty; well worth the price for what we paid. My husband got a steak and potato. He was super pleased that he got steak in every bite all the way to the end. I got the Ham and potato which was delicious. The ham was tender and there was lots of it. The salsa was so good. You can tell they make it fresh. Wish I would have grabbed some more. We would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We had the nachos, cheese enchilada, and meat taco. Nothing was over seasoned or salty. They prepare it a bit plain so there’s no overpowered flavors and the restaurant provides you with a variety of sauces to add more flavor. If you want no frills Mexican food in a nice location this is the place.

Went through the drive through and ordered a carne asada fry plate. They gave me a spicy pork fry plate. Didn’t bother to say they were out of carne asada until my boyfriend went inside to get the correct order. They proceeded to tell him that they ran out of the carne asada.

The food was really good. The Pina drink, not so much. I think the staff was more interested in the soccer game on TV in the back than cleaning tables or addressing customers needs. We’ll see how it goes next time.

Just waited in the drive through with no car in front of me for 15 minutes. The carniasada French fry plate was cold. Meat cheese and fries all cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. My family and I patronize this place 1 to 3 times a month. Over the last year the quality has gone down, the price has gone up and the portions have been reduced. 13.98 plus a 5 dollar tip for cold food and a cashier that seemed annoyed we came in, isn’t worth it.

Went there tonight it wasn’t very busy paid waited at the drive through window for about 15 mins for 2 burritos and 2 churros. 1 burrito was hot one was cold both churros were cold and had about 1/8 of them covered in sugar the rest just plain didn’t even try to coat them. Definitely not going back

This is what I get for listening to reviews! 4.6?? How’s that possible?
The chilli verde burrito was ACTUALLY just old, over cooked, shredded pork (NOT the tender chunks of pork shoulder in a tomatillo sauce!), and a TON of refried beens and rice. The Quesadilla was a greesy, wafer thin tortilla, warmed in a microwave, with a little shredded cheese in only the very middle.
Nastiest Mexican food I’ve had… ANYWHERE!

This was my first time coming here and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and got our food out very fast. I love that they have several different sauces to grab for your food. To me, this is one thing that really sets a place like this apart. I got a carne asada smothered burrito, my wife adobada tacos, and we also got a 1/2 order of their asada fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and had really good flavor, even without the extra sauces. With the sauces, our favorites were the orange sauce and the green that’s in the squeeze bottle shown. So why not 5 stars? Well, I need to go try more stuff so I have room to rate them higher after I go back.
