I love this place! Reminds me of the diners I went to as a kid! I saw their sign advertising a Grouper Reuben, so my daughter and I tried it. It was cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious! Staff was very friendly and attentive!

I usually go for breakfast and it is good. The hollandaise is broken a lot of the time, but that’s ok.
I did get a patty melt once. The burger in it was not good. It tasted like a low quality patty. So I’ve just stuck to breakfast.

What a gem! We recently moved to the area and are have a blast discovering it’s treasures. Sabina’s is one such treasure. The food was delicious, it was very reasonable in price, it was served quickly and with a smile. We will definitely be back.

We ate at this wonderful “old school” diner recently. Our server Debby was friendly, efficient and was the only server outdoors. The “all day” breakfast was delicious. Debby brought our food out to us incredibly fast. One must step inside the diner so you can see the awesome 50’s/60′ style counter & other noteworthy memorabilia! Thanks so much for such tasty food & friendly atmosphere Sabina’s Diner! We hope to come back one day.

Adorable 50s-60s themed diner. Absolutely love the service here, they all give off welcoming vibes and a homey atmosphere. This place deserves more recognition for their food as well. I’ve been eating here for a few years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Every dish I’ve eaten comes out flawless and delicious. Not a single dry pancake, not a single dry biscuit has ever touched my table. I brought my parents here for the first time today and they wouldn’t stop raving about the food. I will always come here.

Staff was kind and the waffle was good, but their sawmill gravy was the worst tasting thing I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say it tasted like the roux was crafted with burnt dog food. Also, my glass of water contained shreds of lettuce. Additionally, to me the menu felt adversarial, if not overtly antagonistic. For example, why is it $1.50 to upgrade a single waffle when you order the waffle by itself, but to upgrade a single waffle that’s a part of a combo it costs and additional $4 (with there being no changes to anything but the waffle)? For a $4 upcharge those better be the best tasting chocolate chips in the world. Lastly, if felt as though I was being nickel-and-dimed to death by 20¢ for a to-go container, no to-go cups of your beverage, etc. All that to say, it was not an enjoyable dining experience.
If you’d like to patron a business that seems to resent you, then go here. If that’s not your vibe, check out somewhere else.

There was 5 of us and we all enjoyed our food, fresh and cooked perfect. We enjoyed our ice cream sundaes too. Maddy our waitress was friendly and service was excellent. The restaurant decorated cute with Elvis and Marlyn Monroe.

Have been in Inverness with my son visiting family the last week, and we believe we have one of the best diners to get a great home cooked breakfast. This place a must stop for a great atmosphere, great food and great service.
