Stopped by yesterday before the college game, and ordered a Supreme Pizza, and I asked for light sauce, but they never put any sauce on it. I really like their Supreme Pizza, but today it was not that fresh. I had so many options in Pizza, but I thought I would come here, and I wish I had gone to another pizza joint.

I go here often for our big family a quick meal…and if you do not call in to order, the breadsticks are always so nasty, burnt and soggy which doesn’t taste good at all.(see pics) The pizza cheese barely reaches the outer rim of the pizza..

I ordered a pizza off the Little Caesars app and realized I ordered it to the wrong store so I immediately called the store to cancel my order and the manager that answered the phone started screaming and cussing at me so I think I’ll pick a different store from now on

I ordered a 3 meat pizza and when I got home I noticed it didn’t have much bacon on it and had ham on it so I called and they told me to bring it back to fix it. I got to the restaurant and they refused to fix it after they told me on the phone they would and said it wasn’t ham it was bacon but it was ham Bc I tasted it. So after driving back home after they refused to fix it my pizza was cold and I called them back and explained everything they hung up on me and when I called again they said to not call again. These people are rude and won’t be back

This use to be my absolute favorite Little Caesars restaurant but today about did me in. I placed a online order it said ready in 15 mins. Well I go up there at 5:58 and he tells me that they can’t even start making it until 6:22. And was extremely rude.Then when they finally got my order they forgot my marinara. And again the guy was rude. When we got there it was totally empty of customers and he was just standing there looking around. When I use to work in fast food if there wasn’t any customers you cleaned. Maybe I’m jaded but I feel like the next generation is getting worse instead of better. Maybe the nice employees will come back one day and I will return this store again to my favorite.

The Albertville store use to be a good one but has really went downhill the last several months. Now because of the last couple experiences looks like we are through with this place. We noticed that they had started cheating us on the toppings for one thing. Then the last pizza was supposed to be the Fanceroni type which is advertised as having over 100 pepperonis. Ours had just shy of 70. The last experience was running in to get an order of crazy bread. I asked for them without the sauce but she placed it with the bread anyway and rang it up. She said $4.35 to which I said again no sauce and was supposed to be $2.99 plus tax. She re-rang it after taking the sauce off and it still come up to $4.35. I told her that Boaz was still 2.99 without the sauce and walked out without them. To top it all off this store is the only one in this county that you cannot order online from. The staff has also been pretty rude acting as well. This place is now poorly run so we will only go to Dominos and Marcos. Sad.

Pizza was very good and freshly made. I ordered a specialty item. The timing was minimal and the servers were friendly and helpful. I have ordered the hot and ready items before and they were always well worth the money. Recommended.
