Overall, it was okay — not the best experience but still decent. I tried the French Onion Burger, and honestly, I wouldn’t order it again; the original ShackBurger is much better in flavor and balance. However, the milkshake was excellent — rich, creamy, and probably the highlight of the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean as always. Not my favorite Shake Shack visit, but still a solid spot for a good burger and a great shake.

It’s a pretty decent fast food Burger and fries place. I tried the Korean burger and Korean spiced fries and was pleasantly surprised. It is quite expensive though costing about $20 for a burger and fries. Adding a drink add another $5 and a shake runs $7-$10. So it’s not bad but will cost quite more than most realize.

This was my first experience with Shake Shack. I brought my granddaughter who loves it. She recommended the French fries and onion rings. Her recommendations were straight on! She got chicken nuggets and I got the Korean BBQ chicken nuggets along with Korean sauce for an extra $1. We also had drinks as well which were standard for a quick service diner. I will say it’s pricey for a self service restaurant. It was over $50 for lunch. For me, I rather have a full service restaurant for that price. We were both pleased however with our chicken choices. I would recommend the Korean BBQ but not the extra sauce which I didn’t like at all and it didn’t add anything to the meal. Service has 3 stars mostly because I’m unsure how you rate ordering and paying on a tablet, then taking your own table number and typing it into your order. Then you sit down at a table and wait for them to deliver it on a tray. So you never see anyone except to put a treat on your table. The food is freshly made for you, so it does take a bit more time. The atmosphere is much like any other fast food restaurant, so not to my liking. Nothing special, just a place to put your tray. You clean up your own table afterwards. For me, I’d rather go to The Main Pub, The Angry Egg, Silk City or any of the restaurants in downtown Manchester.

Both of them were so good and juicy! The meet for good for a past food .
And the fried onions on the truffle burger were so crispy. The vegetables on the double burger were fresh.
And we took chocolate ice cream for dessert it was different level.
The only is that everything was smaller the usual the burger, the fries even the large drink.

Ordered online and picked it up at the drive thru. Burgers are excellent and as you would hope so are the shakes. We also got the onion rings which were some of the best we’ve had. Keep up the great work Shake Shack! We will definitely be back VERY soon!

First time at Shake Shack. The service was phenomenal. The food was good, a bit overpriced for the quantity you get, but the fancier feel of it makes it a unique experience. The strawberry milkshake was very yummy! Will have to try their lemonades next time.

So very disappointed , I had been wanting to try this place for every long time.And heard good things, however that was not my experience. I ordered the shack shack I believe bacon cheeseburger. Somehow I did not notice that it had extremely spicy peppers that goes on it, however, that should not have mattered as I ordered mine completely plain. They still put the peppers on mine. I am. I am extremely sensitive to anything spicy , ( for comparison Doritos are a little spicey for me) So it i spent almost sixty dollars on the food for everyone only to have a burger that I could not eat. Also I ordered the very expensive oreo chocolate milkshake.And there’s no oreo. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever be returning. I am very disappointed and extremely upset!!!!! Pic is of my burger I took the peppers off thought the ketchup and mayo might offset the peppers, no not at all cannot eat it and and the whole thing made me completely lose any appetite.I might have had.

I love shake shack but this was my first bad experience. My cheeseburger was horrible, super greasy and it did not taste like the standard SS burger,the taste was completely off. I took 2 bites and threw the rest away. Upsetting since I drove an hour to get it.
