I’ve had to edit my review due to several bad experiences in the last 3 months.
We have ordered the bacon, egg, cheese croissant four times. The first time, the croissant was slightly burnt, second time we got a half piece of bacon on each. The next two times I ordered extra bacon and received 1 1/2 pieces. Doesn’t look like you’re picture, but what food item ever does.
The last time we ordered we threw it away, it had a bad taste. The French vanilla cappuccino also has made me sick the last two times I got it. I reached out to Tim Hortons and was told someone from the store would contact me. Its been 14 days.
I can see by the comments others are having issues. Im not sure if service has gone down due to the good employees quitting or it’s a management issue.
I’m considering my options for coffee and a quick breakfast.
Don’t send me another email saying you will reach out to the establishment.

We hit this Tim’s about twice a day. Service is always fast and friendly. Coffee and tea are always hot and fresh. Orders have never been wrong. My favorite Tim Horton’s ever!!

Have a deal on the outside that claims you can get a deal by offering in the store so I asked in store and they said I needed to order on the app? got food and vanilla coffee. vanilla coffee im pretty sure had no coffee in it, just vanilla flavoring. food was ok but kinda cold. I usually wont complain about 10 bucks worth of food but just very underwhelming.

Whoever is making the new fall drinks was not feeling it today and NEEDS to be fired! I got an iced pumpkin latte and the bottom was not mixed with pure pumpkin spice at the bottom, there was also not one bit of sweetener!!!

Do not know how to make iced coffee. Tastes like plain milk and flavorless almost every time. I wait months and then go back to give them another chance and end up the same way. Yuck!

Service is good. It’s just the food. Hash brown was stuck to the package. They also don’t have ketchup. Who serves hash browns without ketchup?

Started off by pulling my unconvered donuts out of the bag, thrown on top of my sandwichs. The frosting was all over the place. Then I open my sausage egg and cheese bagel. The sausage was not done, there was no egg, and they had put bacon on it as well. Would not recommend spending your money here.

I had an order in through the app, they were out of what I ordered, so I wanted a refund. They said they couldn’t do a refund because it was up to the app, but customer service says that’s not how it works and that the restaurant should have refunded me. I let the manager know and she had an attitude and refused to refund me. I’m guessing it’s a scam they’re running, where instead of refunding you, they pocket the money. So please DO NOT use the app to order here, they may scam you.
