We ordered food a few days ago, and had it delivered to the shop I help at. It took them 2-3 hours to get our order after they gave our food to the wrong address. So I went up there and watched the new GM make a order in 30 minutes… 1 single order in 30 minutes. How are you gonna be a GM and your CSRs work faster than you? The bag and tag person doesn’t know what her job is because she “wasnt trained”. CSRs still make the pizza like crap, no training there either. What a joke.

Erynn was awesome. I was 3 hours from home and ordered pizza to my hotel. She’s definitely got management potentional. Fixed the issue with my order with grace. Great personality. Love to see retaliation for not tipping tonight. Snide comments and gestures because I don’t tip, especially if I order on my phone and pick up? It’s not a sit down place like hideaway. The audacity to ruin the food on top of that including the littlest sauce on the wings and not folding the tabs to cheese sauce to make it go everywhere. I knew I should’ve went to my go to the willow store.
