Oh my God almighty in heaven.. MaKenzie “Tippy tinkletrousers thunder” Thompson has GOT to be the greast server to EVER grace this Earth. Dear god… i travelled with my parental unit down to 7sbrew and decided i was feeling a bit parched… so i decided to ask for a beautiful rocky road milkshake. When we entered the line around this establishment we were BLESSED by Tippys aura. She had completely brightened uo my day as bery pleasantly asked for my order.. I proceeded and she finished my order with the greatest phrase to bless this Earth: “My pleasure” dear god when i tell you i was completely changed my life for the better i am not lying. You see starting semester kf this school year i was failing ALL of my classes now… im only failing one… IF IT WASNT FOR THE MAKENZIE THE Thompson I WOULDNT BE HERE.. GIVE HER A RAISE IMMEDIATELY I LOVE MAKENZIE.. milkshake was shit why was there ice??

Really wanted to love this place but waiting 45 minutes in a car line for melted cold foam on top of our coffees (that tastes like they forgot to add the coffee) handed to us by employees touching their faces & unsanitary long fake nails…so disappointing.

I am throughly convinced that the staff at 7 Brew and Chick-fil-A should run the world!! Efficient, kind, and somehow cheerful every single time. Everything would be efficient, polite, and solved with a smile before you even finished your sentence!! Honestly… the rest of us could learn a thing or two!!!

The staff have major attitude problems, are constantly messing up my drinks due to lack of listening while ordering and then want to argue when I correct them when they try to give me the wrong drink ♀️. Literally ordered the lucky 7 today and it had zero flavor it just looked and tasted like a plain entry drink and the honeybun frozen chiller comes with whipped cream and a dusting topping and I told them I wanted it like it’s shown in the pound pointed and they handed me a drink with no topping and I as half melted. I’m a loyal 7 brew customer from the Carolinas who recently moved back to Maryland and I’ve been nothing but disappointed everytime I’ve gone. Definitely switching back to Starbucks.

I loved my experience at 7brew. The cute barista took my order, her name was Morgan. She knew exactly how to help me when I was unsure what to get and was very sweet and helpful. Every time I have been there I always request her to take my order. 10/10 experience

On our way to the beach and immediately pulled over, the place was packed but the staff worked quickly and with a smile! The drinks were great and there are so many options (lots of dairy free and sugar free alternatives). When I was looking into when it opened I was pleasantly surprised to see that I’ve met the owners when they owned the Bus Stop. Our new go to on the way to the beach! ❤️

I usually don’t share my experiences at food places considering I have grown up working at one but I felt this was necessary for the better of the business. As a rainy Sunday, my husband loaded me and our two kids into the car to drive to 7-brew because I have heard nonstop great things about their coffee..we live 58 mins away-so for a coffee it better be great. When we arrived it was extremely busy-loved this as it shows how amazing they are. When we got to the line to get our coffee we noticed how chaotic the employee were, some looking like deer in headlights. Two cars ahead of us got the wrong coffees-giving new coffees almost immediately. I looked at saw close to 60 different choices (way too much for such a small place) no wonder the line was crazy. The girl that gave us my coffee at first didn’t greet or read the order back to us to make sure. This is right in front of the doors-all the employees questioning which order is which, saying you did this wrong, or we are making new ones. I feel it’s just important to read an order before giving a drink..I took a sip in hopes it was my banana bread iced latte, which maybe it was? I don’t know because they all then said it didn’t look like it was and gave me another one-different lid, etc. my husband had to repeat his a couple of times so they handed him a iced drink when he got a frozen heat wave, the lady saying that’s not here! Just very unprofessional. We have many kids with allergies and if they got something, what if it was wrong? Please read back what you are giving. Label and ask for names not just a description of the car. The coffee is great but not worth the drive after the experience. Kindness, hello and reading back will save your business.
