A small, decent spot if you’re in this part of Maryland. The chicken tandoori and mutton curry were both flavorful and well-prepared. The garlic naan, however, was a letdown — it tasted a bit sour and had more of a pizza crust texture. The food was absolutely amazing and the people were very kind and lovely. I would definitely come back and recommend people to check this place out. We had the buffet on a Friday. Rice they had on the buffet was not taste but very oily. Butter chicken was too sweet. Other foods were fine. We found dishes which were not clean. Cannot recommend to anyone.

5⃣ Tried this Bangladeshi restaurant near Silver Spring called Maurya Kebabs and Curries….its a hole in the wall kinda place, nothing fancy but good food.
Tried their lunch buffet…..had goat curry, cabbage curry, butter chicken along with Naan and pulao rice…..loved it.
Definitely try them out.

A tad pricey, and the selection is a bit small, but this lunch buffet is a winner. The dishes they do have are fresh and flavorful. The naan was thick and baked perfectly. A little steep at 13 bucks for lunch, but you come hungry you will get your money’s worth. The buffet is lunch only.

This was time ever trying this Indian food. I ordered butter chicken, and vegetable samosa. My husband got the tandoori chicken, and garlic naan, left me tell you… that butter chicken was bomb! I could eat that everyday! I highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back soon.
