I asked about getting charged for the frosty and large drink and the employee said I didn’t her tell I only wanted the frosty. I said ok, but then she started raising her voice repeating that I had to tell that. I said, I understand, calm down, it’s not that serious. She then told me not to tell her to calm down then other employees came to her rescue. I’m like, people look at me, I’m smiling. It’s OK! She eventually calmed down and apologized. I told her we are good, but another employee told her not to apologize to me. After I left the store, another worker in my crew truck said they were talking about throwing boiling water on me after I walked out. I know good help is hard to find but this was ridiculous because it wasn’t just one employee. My crime was questioning being charged for both and I understood the explanation, but they were truly offended that I even asked.

Guys at the window make you pull up to rig the clocks going to corporate I guess. Makes it seem like they had you out of there MUCH quicker. Whatever. I don’t expect too much. I’ll wait. HOWEVER. When I drank the Unsweet tea I ordered it had an alcohol/ammonia taste and burned my throat. I immediately threw it away and washed my mouth out but I had drank a good gulp. I am experiencing confusion today. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. Health hazard to the public.

Fries were soggy and didn’t look or taste good. I turned around for fresh fries and they were hotter but still not good in taste or looks. I also bought two Baconators with this order and when I took two bites into it, I noticed the top bun was tougher than usual. When I lifted the bun, the bottom was char black.

Was hungry so me my wife n my daughter stopped here. It is usually not this bad but? Got the 4 for 4 .. the fries was cold n soggy n the meat ( if u want to call it that) was kinda dry ! Felt like I was eating a dry bun with pickle n onion! It really turn me off on going to another Wendy’s? Nuff said!

I don’t know how this location stays open! Every time I have gone there they have been rude. Seems they are always out of what I am trying to order, no matter what it is. They have gotten my order wrong and then argued with me about their error. The restaurant smells like old burnt French fry grease.

I ordered my food in the drive through. They were completely Rude, not only didn’t they not have what we originally wanted to order, while changing our order (because we understand companies run out of certain items) they begun yelling extremely rudely. Not giving us time to answer , not listening. Its 4:44 pm Friday afternoon it’s not busy there was no need for the attitude. They were completely unprofessional. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But felt this needed attention and correcting.

Baby!!!! I ordered the #7 breakfast combo.You talking bout some good potatoes (aka home fries). They should serve these instead of French fries at other meal times. The sandwich was on a soft bun kinda like a brioche bun. It had a whole fried egg on it, a mildly spicy sausage patty, to layers of bacon and cheese. SO GOOD. The girl had my ketchup and grape jelly already in the bag.

This was very sad and disgusting ! On our way back from Mobile to Huntsville. We made a stop at this location for a restroom and something to eat. The first warning was the men’s restroom. It was covered in a liquid. I believe it was water, but it could have been urine. Tissue and trash on the floor very dirty sinks, no paper towels. My wife said the ladies restroom was much worse one toilet was completely overflowing with feces and tissue paper, water and urine all over the floor, tissue and trash, dirty sinks. The dining area did not have water on the floor, but it was trashy and dirty. Some of the tables had cups and residue where they have not been wiped down. Very loud inappropriate conversations by some of the staff. IF you are reading this, this is your warning NOT to eat at this place !!!
