I recently tried the lunch special at Pizza City, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the cheesesteak, expecting a hearty meal for the $15 price tag. Unfortunately, the size of the cheesesteak was far from satisfying—it felt more like an appetizer than a main course. For that price, I expected something substantial, but what I got was a tiny sandwich that left me hungry.
To add to the experience, the person taking orders was quite rude. I specifically asked for mozarella cheese on my fries and instead got a small side cup of cold mozzarella cheese, I was even stated I would pay extra and he agreed. It felt like I was bothering them by simply asking a question about the menu. Good customer service goes a long way, and the lack of friendliness really put a damper on my visit.
Overall, I can’t recommend Pizza City, especially for their lunch special. The combination of small portions and poor service makes it hard to justify returning. There are definitely better options out there!

We ordered from here waited an hour for delivery for them to have put it on our porch they didn’t knock or ring the doorbell just left it. So when we found it out front our food was cold and had to be reheated and fries tossed out from being cold and soggy. Refused any type of refund. So order at own risk!! Wasted $57.00

My niece and I were craving pizza and came across this place. We go in and order a medium pepperoni. Pizza came quick, looked good. I take a slice off the tray and start picking at the pizza and my niece notices a ROACH come out from under the pizza on the tray. When I tell you I have never in my life been so disgusted! I was issued a refund after I left the entire pizza uneaten on the table and ran out of the building because they were NOT sending me home with roaches! So gross!

Somehow with taxes, hidden fees, driver fees,etc an order that should have been 50 came to 65$. I called thinking I was over charged and was given the usual run around by the “manager” that somehow there was 15$ extra cost. So for 2 pizzas and 10 wings plus tip it cost $70. New to town, and have tried a few places around here. Lots of good stuff. But I have to say that Pizza City is consistently great pizza. Great flavor all around. So we usually order delivery once a week from here. It’s a sure bet.
