I love absolutely everything about this place! I have for years, and I’ve even gotten a couple of my friends hooked on it! Everything I have tried has been to my liking, they’re very accommodating. I’ve been to the Ramen 101 in Dublin, Ca.. So, we decided to check this place out. Dining in. Food wise, small portions compared to the one in Dublin. Ca. But the flavor still there! Pricey. But Delicious! Servers are attentive. Atmosphere is ok. One criticism, Fountain drinks tasted nasty. Took one sip. That was it. Maybe, it’s time to check the soda machine? Will I come back again? Yes! I’ll just stay away from the fountain drinks. Safety first.

The place is not that big, it has couple of table outdoor. The tonkatsu soul is good, the miso is okay. The dinner price is quite pricey (+14), the ramen only has 2 thin slices of pork, fish cakes, egg and too much of beansprout.

It’s hard to find a place that makes decent ramen. Ramen 101 surpassed any place I’ve tried.

Went for lunch was busy but not long of a wait. Veggie tempura good but a little cakey. The star tho was the chicken ramen. The broth was real good definitely have it spicy. Will definitely be back.

I searched for a Ramen place while I in Stockton. I was not disappointed, their chicken ramen was delicious. I had the mild one, yet I could definitely taste the spiciness in the flavor of the broth. Lots of noodles, chicken, egg & mushrooms in a tasty broth. I would be glad to visit this place again.
