On October 31 I ordered from this location and after having the ETA change more then 5 times I called the store. I spoke with a manager who assured my pizza was headed out the door and on its way. I waited 30 minutes or more, though I only stay 5 mins from the store. When the pizza never arrived I called back and spoke with the same manager who said that I could come get the pizza because they were busy and the driver was not there any longer. She promised I would be issued a refund. I drove to the store and was given cold food. My family and I were so frustrated and disappointed that we had been waiting so long for this cold food. I usually order at least once a week from here but since I’ve been so disappointed by not only the food but mostly the service. I don’t think I’ll be doing this location again and I would recommend anyone else go to this location either; not if you’re looking for timely, honest and quality service or good.

The pizza was made half and half one half had the majority of the toppings the other half barely had any toppings, spots on the pizza didn’t have any toppings at all the dough got inflated and that’s how they sent it to me very disappointed……
Today 07-11-21 again I try and order a pizza the offer me the extra large and I took it for $2 more well the size of the toppings was for a medium and I called the store asked to speak to the manager the manager Matt asked every body in the store to answer the phone but him and when I got to talk to him he was very rude unprofessional and dismissed he told he didn’t care and that if I made a complaint with the corporation that it was fine he also provided the name of the general manager Jess when asked when is she going to be there tomorrow he said “I DONT KNOW” really this is so that you guys can see the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism at that store!!!!

We order from this location a lot but this last order was surprisingly disappointing. The pizza looked like it was cut by a kid in kindergarten. Tasted good thankfully but I’ll just let the pictures do the talking. Also, the employee on the phone advised no payments can be made online for carryout orders. Very untrue because we had ordered and paid online for carryout this past Sunday. They need new employees.

Ordered extra pinapple and barely see any, and my pizza did not have beef despite us ordering it on one half.
I hate to say this but I feel slightly robbed.
Not just that, but the staff there said that the tip was lacking despite giving them 55 and them counting it by hand and after pointing out the amount is right, they realized I had the right amount. When it comes to working a cashier, I feel like knowing how to count money should be the number 1 skill that you should have yet they seem to be lacking in that.
You guys need to do better.

Do not order from here.They will mess your order up And blame you for not calling them to make sure that your order is correct. The manager gets on the phone and talk very high pitch and disrespectful very rude, very nasty.Do not order from this place warning . My 1st and last VERY NASTY PEOPLE

This is the worst place to order pizza from they like to make the pizza and leave about 2.5 inches from the border without any toppings like you’re asking for toasted bread they don’t realized that if you’re ordering a pizza is because you want pizza and not bread, This has happened before and I submitted the pictures to the manager Jessica today I did as well all or the little toppings that the pizza had was on the middle, if you offer 5 toppings then put 5 toppings don’t say 5 toppings and the pizzas barely has 2

The delivery driver was excellent; however, none of the delivery boxes were sealed. I’m not implying that the driver tampered with our food, but it’s concerning that he could have if he wanted to. I contacted the store manager to suggest that the boxes should be sealed, but he didn’t seem to care and simply replied, “Oh.” I will not be ordering from them again.

To us, Papa John’s is one of the best pizza but today was awful, the pizzas came raw and even when we ordered it well done, almost no toppings and called 7 times trying to reach the manager but it was impossible.
