Came in trying to order the new banana matcha, was informed they didn’t have the banana ingredients, and opted to order the caramel protein matcha. Waited for over 20 minutes for my drink, then was informed they don’t have protein milk if I wanted 2% milk. We pay extra for protein milk!! You should have told me you dont have protein milk when I ordered instead of making me wait. When I approached the front desk to inform them I had been waiting for over 20 minutes, she rolled her eyes and started walking away. Didn’t even let me explain the problem with the milk, or the unprofessional manner in which she rolled her eyes. I did inform her of the unprofessional manner in which she, as a lead, behaved that way. She handed me Tanni Berry’s business card. The store didn’t have cup holders, protein milk, banana supplies for drinks, and many other supplies due to numerous complaints from other customers. I heard from standing there for over 20 minutes. Tannin, do you need help keeping inventory? You definitely need to develop your leads in customer service skills.

Update: reached out to customer support.. That was also not helpful. Given the order wrong through drive through and I told her I was still missing my drink and she said ok then… that will be $ i asked why would I pay for something I already paid for if the one given is wrong. She said.. so you dont want this. At this point I just took the wrong coffee. Went on 01/31 wont be going back to that location.

I’m starting a new job today and I had to hang out for a few hours until it was time for me to start, I ordered 3 or 4 drinks total and they were all delicious and the employees were so nice. I was also surprised how clean the store is and how quickly all my drinks came out. This location be my go to from now on!

I love Starbucks – but this one needs work. And it’s a recent shift – it wasn’t always like this. They burn the milk in my drink every time making the flavors off and the drink undrinkable for about 20 min. They are always out of sleeves. And today I had to wait THIRTY minutes for my drink. And even ordering at a kids temp, it tastes burned. Just not ok.

Nice and quiet inside, but very busy due to the drive-thru!! These folks were non-stop busy! I love a vent vanilla latte (4 pumps instead of 5) made with oat milk…YUMM!!!

Get a drink. Go to my car. Drink tastes like a plain latte no syrup. So, not my drink. Go in. Get new one. Get new drink. New drink has no sleeve. Old drink had sleeve. No sleeves available at the counter. Ask staff to get old drink to find old sleeve. Old sleeve placed on new drink. New drink tastes fine.

They are always out of something..coffee always taste burnt or crappy..they couldn’t make a frappe yesterday? Isn’t it just ice and milk w coffee? Also no sugarless options besides the vanilla since like early 2000. I highly recommend Brahma Brew or The Shed in that area instead.

My beverage portion was much smaller than my usual one. The only plus is the convenient location.

Usually love when my wife makes a starbucks run. They have really good service and are always super friendlu. the only reason for the 3 stars is because of todays order. we decided to use a mobile app to get our coffee dlivered, and the drinks came back completely wrong. normally i get a caramel machiotto hot, with 3 extra shots of espresso, and my wife gets her dragon fruit refresher with sweet cream. she highly recomends it as she fell in love with that drink. what we got was a iced caramel machiotto with onpy one extea shot of espresso, and a dragon fruit refresher with no mango and no dragon fruit. the dragon fruit is always pink, and this was white. we called the store and thankfully they replaced the drinks, just wish we could enjoy the delivery services like when we make a trip to the store. they did make the replacements right, very happy.
