We were in on Saturday, March 7 at 4:30pm. I would like to commend the manager. It was hot, it was humid, your line was consistently running out of ingredients as you went through the customer line- and yet you held it together. You clearly have a very young staff who was dazed and confused and you directed them like a well oiled machine. You were the only competent, swift one working. We were impressed with your mental fortitude to continue on in the trenches of queso. Well done, sir!

I just can’t keep it to myself anymore when I’m paying for something and it sucks. Fast food restaurants need to understand that people work hard for their money to be able to afford a luxury like buying an over-priced meal out every once in a while. Oh, you paid an extra $3.29 for adding brisket? Joke’s on you – you’re not getting it. Oh, you wanted picante ranch with your salad? Hahahaha – we’re not putting it in your bag. Hey – it’s gonna be $11 for 3 tacos, but we’re gonna make sure we put the bare minimum in them so they only weigh about an ounce a piece. And NO, I’m not going to be inconvenienced by having to go BACK to your store once I’m already home, because of YOUR mistake. Do better!!! Taco Bell is more satisfying at this point! Unreal ‍♀️

one of the guys that works there sucks. it’s fine most of the time but there’s one guy that literally gives you like half the normal portions. Went through the drive through the other day and when I got home I noticed my bowl was half empty and he literally forgot my rice. Just meat and toppings.

Service was okay was not the worst I ever had. There was an older lady who waited on us and she was not very friendly to my daughter. Her attitude could have been more at management which was obvious he cared more about talking and having conversation with his team than stocking what paying customers needed. One of the team members asked for onions and the manager was standing around having conversation with someone who was off thr clock than helping his busy team…While I was there for 45 minutes they were busy and no tables had been whipped down and manager again just wondering around with a tablet not appearing to help his team.

I’m a manager so I know I’m targeting him, but if he would pay attention to the details like the store maybe service, food and atmosphere would be better. There were 5 young men that sat next to us that left a mess and no one came out to clean. There was Plenty of help just feel people not in the right places.

Food Quality was just 3 this time because they gave me just what was in the bottom of the pan due to not having enough stocked on the line. My daughter’s was not good either the lady hardly gave her any queso. Chips where all broken and very salty

Disappointed by amount of food for the price. I ordered a salad and it didn’t even fill 1/4 of the bowl. If this was the first time this happened at the restaurant, I would let it go. Unfortunately, it is not.

Food is decent, the service is spotty though. Sometimes good, sometimes lacking. When
ordering online, it doesn’t seem like they read the order. I’ve ordered extra jalapenos or extra pico and extra sour cream, and I’ve ordered regular for comparison, and it always comes with the same amount.
This order was extra jalapenos, and they still only put three. Bummed, I like jalapenos

I love this place but it’s a hit or miss with the quantity you get in your bowls. these are taken a few days apart. second one is today. i asked for all the same things on each bowl and the portions are wildly different not to mention im missing things. i’m tired of paying so much and then getting home to half of what i should have.

I went through the drive-thru today for my first visit to the Howell location. When I got home and opened my order, it was covered in queso, sour cream, and guacamole, but had barely any rice or lettuce. There was only one small piece of steak and about four shrimp, and the shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. The quality and portion size were really disappointing and it completely ruined my appetite.
