I personally have had nothing but great experiences at THIS Chipoltle location!

I have also been to main street in Parker and I have been to the Castle Rock in the Sprouts parking lot location. This location off Cottonwood next to Costco is the difference between night and day.

I made it my place to meet the general manager Corbin… who has been present every time I’ve went in! The place has always been clean and my food was always delicious!

I think the most important feature is that they actually have customer service skills in there. For workers of fast food restaurants as well as reviewers… when an employee is kind, that goes a long way!

And just last night I went in and the place was clean, there was NOT a long line and everything was organized. I was greeted as well.
This night I had a personal issue to deal with and Corbin jumped right in was so helpful for me and my son!

This will continue to be my go-to Chipotle! I truly believe that managers from the other chipotles should come there and see the difference. They could learn a lot from this Cottonwood location.

Thank you so much for last night!!!

Staff is super rude. Food was without salt, I told
About this and they rudely replied saying there will be no salt in beans. Which is not normal as I have experience with other chipotle too.

We go to this chipotle frequently. The staff is typically pretty nice. But this time we went and Tommy and Luke were the nicest and friendliest Chipotle workers I’ve ever come across. So kind and so positive.

I ordered 3 churchy tacos and I got one soft? Whats the point of ordering online and you have my order in front of you written out but still fail? Plus you guys are beyond cheap with you cheese, the company makes millions of dollars I’m sure you can spread cheese.

Staff is not friendly. They were in such a rush even though there was no line. Maybe we should start teaching people customer service? Since they seemed in such a rush I told them all my ingredients at once. And they of course they messed up. I said I’m sorry you guys seemed in such a rush I needed to tell
You quickly. No response back. No thank you have a nice day? Who is training these people?

I mean, if you don’t have an ingredient, don’t substitute and/or not put it in the item ordered, without possibly making a phone call..?? My online pick up was not what i had ordered, and no, i don’t want the staff making different decisions for me. I was there slightly earlier than my ready time, they informed me, then the girl handed me the bag, and at the same time told me they didn’t have fajitas.. my 1 item was a fajita quesadilla. I drove off and at the same time thinking- i should have declined the order but didn’t want to turn around.
Maybe make a phone call if you’re unable to complete orders.

Also, please add napkins and utensils to Togo orders. That would be helpful.

Review #2- Chipotle should be like Chick-fil-a, as to where i never have to make a phone call, turn around, or wonder if my order is correct.
Went today again, and oh my gosh, portion sizes are lacking! It’s embarrassing. How do you continue to rip customers off?

Please do better, when i want my money back- “PEPPER” is a sorry, useless source.

Food is usually pretty good – as goes chipotle. Team needs more training however as the restaurant is often a hot mess and nobody seems to understand to clean as they go – this goes for the line as well, which is surprisingly bad. Team has challenges folding burritos which seems odd, regularly getting partially folded burritos needing a fork to eat. Prices just keep rising which makes a burrito alone almost $20.

Went here with a gift card just to use it. Three entrees and chips and queso with drinks wound up at $70. To make it better, the kid found hair in his food, and the chips were stale. Even saw one of the girls behind the counter talking on her phone while a line was forming… Definitely swearing off Chipotle.

Stopped by yesterday for a carne asada burrito bowl and it didn’t disappoint. The place was busy, but the line moved and staff was friendly and made a good burrito bowl. Also got chips and guac and I love their chips, not greasy, crispy and not too thin, with just the right amount of salt – not overly salty. The side of guac with the chips was fresh and very tasty, all in all the meal was good.

My one complaint is they need better to go containers, the bowl leak and liquids run right through the bowl, leaving a soggy bag and a mess.

Also, I’ve found Chipotle is priced a lot higher than other burrito places for not much different food, so why pay the extra? $3 for a scoop of guac on a burrito bowl is ridiculous!

They need a deep cleaning and to train their people to clean as they go. It’s a hot mess behind the counter most days. Service is OK but they regularly struggle to fold the burritos correctly. Id say 4/5 times I’ve had to use a fork to eat some/all of the burrito. Taste is good and is typical chipotle. Prices keep creeping up and are a bit out of hand at this point for a burrito.
