I went to this location because my blood sugar was getting low. The drive thru was not busy at all. The girl who took my order seemed annoyed that I was asking questions such as what flavor sherbet do you have? I ended up ordering something small and simple. When I got to the drive-through window, the young boy who took my money Gave off the vibe of being rushed. I gave him my money. He took it with no sort of thank you or anything even though I had said thank you please, have a nice day.. He did not respond with any sort of pleasantries, only rushed and practically threw my burger at me.

Went through drive through, got some dinner. Asked for some braums sauce, had to go back through which is okay. The cashier closed the window on me when I offered to pay for another. Realized when I got home an extra fry was missing. Chicken strips melted the styrofoam of the box..

This past experience was the only pleasant experience I’ve had at this Braum’s. I usually avoid this location at all cost. They’re rude and don’t ask them to fix the runny shake they gave you, you’ll get attitude and brought back another one bout the same consistency

I have dietary restrictions with dairy products. (I can eat yogurt) the girl helping was surprisingly caring and put in effort to make me something yummy. She had to substitute one thing and she figured it out. Much appreciated. I realize how odd it is for someone with dairy issues to go to Braum’s. Lol. I didn’t really thank her properly and I wish I would’ve.

Great place for a family friendly place for a quick meal and small shopping trip. Hamburger flavorful but on the salty side for my taste. Wait staff are friendly and attentive.

First time eating here as I’m new to the area. First impressions are everything in my opinion. There was no greeting upon entering. They were not busy. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes, employees walking past several times with no recognition. The condiments station was really dirty and there were no lids for drinks. Again, they wasn’t busy at all. The food on the other hand was great! It’s very reasonably priced for what you get. We’ll probably give them another try again in the future. Everyone has an off day from time to time.

Went to Braun’s for lunch today and ask for no tomato on my chicken sandwich, it came with tomatoes, I handed it back and let them know it had tomatoes on it and after I got my sandwich back it didn’t have tomatoes on it anymore, it did have a weird taste like the mayo was old so I went to take off the top part of the bun I did find several pieces of hair. I’m so disgusted and I’m not eating at Braun’s again

I gave 4 stars because there was no customer service. The food was worth the money and filling. Me and my husband ate 2 double burger meals and it was under 20$. I do recommend. They even have a mini grocery area.

No matter what you get ask for the Braums dipping sauce that is usually for the chicken. It will change your life. Not joking either on their hamburgers it makes it a totally new burger that is 100/10 its fantastic. Their new fried Carmel and toffee pie ice cream was also really good and should be kept full time.
