Tim the shift lead for morning shift is absolutely out of control.horrible customer service obvious anger management issue. We ordered a pizza ate it and on the last piece my daughter whos a picky eater notice some green and brought it to us we lift it up and find its mold fuzzy hairs and all. So we take a picture call the restraunt Austin the shift lead tells me to bring in the photo tomorrow and Kevin the manager will be on call to help with the refund process.Go in the next day ask for Tim.Tim is not happy at all.my kids are telling me just have them remake the order instead of the refund so im like okay just go ahead and remake it instead of the hassle of calling kevin and doing it that way. Tim remakes 1 pizza and tells me it wasnt mold its sage from thier seasonings.I look at the sage im like no this is not sage and we are’nt sure if it was from the fantastic four pizza or the cheese pizza we ordered they come in the same box! He starts getting loud saying I said it was from the fantastic 4 pizza I said no there’s no way of knowing.But if this is your way of making it right with your customer i just want the refund instead.The way he was acting he could have been petty enough to spit in it or something wierd like that.His character was off the wall it made my addrenaline pump dealing with him.He told me Kevin will be off vacation on the 6th and will take a look at it and see about a refund while he just got off the phone with Kevin. I will let the public decide if this is mold or sage never post reviews but this experience deserves some spotlight.Wierdest restraunt encounter by far never have i ever had to argue with Tim about mold on a pizza.

Zero stars if I could post. Am artisan pizza w/ double pepperoni is $7.99. However, I didnt want meat & she asked if I want tomato. I said yes.. it was $8.99.
Obviously my expectation is a double amt of tomatoes. A couple tiny miniscule pieces. Absolutely, a huge disappointment. Whats worse was the aloof service of the cashier.
And the crust was burnt.
So many pizza options available I will never go back and I recommend the same.

I order 3 pizza’s online to go. 2 supreme and 1- 3 meats……Plus tip hoping to get a little better pizza toppings…The person who made these pizza’s were awful.. toppings were literally all in the middle…and not evenly spread so not having huge crust with no flavor. The supreme pizza didn’t even have enough vegetables in it…It is pretty sad looking pizza’s….This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. I tried to see if they would redeem themselves, but looks like does not work… I definitely would not recommend this place..for the pizza price, I recommend you go elsewhere. Even if this was a last resort, would not order here anymore… Don’t waste your time, cause if you don’t tip either, your pizza will look worse in than these ones.. We thought we would try this place 2 years later to see if they have changed. They have gotten even worse than before, pizza’s don’t even look like pizza… Really horrible pizza, toppings look like they were just tossed onto it, instead of being spread evenly on. There was no tomato sauce under the cheese on both pizzas at all. I would avoid this place at all costs. I would definitely recommend you not to waste your money and time here and go to a real pizza place.

Got home and it’s undercooked!
After looking at reviews it’s not even worth calling them.
Sounds like they really need new management!

We ordered a pizza for pick up on July 8. Worst service I’ve ever received in store. I watched two different people walk in and wait for at least 5 min before they turned around and left. Literally no one greeted them. Both workers were in the back where we couldn’t see them for at least 10 min before they came out and started asking myself and the other 5 people waiting what the name on our orders were. After I gave them my name, they went back and brought me my pizza and bread. Got home, opened the box and was beyond disappointed to see an extremely burnt, cold pizza. The bread was fine. How does someone look at a pizza like that and think “hmmm…this looks good”. I called corporate and they got my info and said the district manager or owner would be reaching out for a refund. Haven’t heard yet. All of our experiences at this location have been pretty bad, but this was horrible! Never going back.

Absolutely terrible. We only order bread sticks from here as the pizza is trash. Order online so its actually available when we get there. Well instead of that they say o sorry we gave yours to a bigger order so now you can wait for yours. Something that should be hot and ready as advertised. But like I said its never avast we ordered ahead of time. So we can actually get a good pizza from Abbys. But now an extra 10 mins for ours to cook. Then we get them and its like they just pushed them thru the oven completely dough. This is the last time we eat here. 10 bucks for 2 packs of uncooked bread sticks. Do your self a solid amd just skip this place

Update: Gave them another shot tonight. Ordered an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni. These are supposed to have extra cheese and more pepperoni. The pizza I got was clearly old and did not have extra pepperoni. As you can see, this is a normal pepperoni pizza they pulled out of the warmer (normal Hot n Ready pizzas only have 30 pepperoni and are often expired, as this one was) and sold as a more expensive pizza. I’m positive management will fail to address this issue, as well – they clearly do not care about their customers, so long as they’ve already been paid.
Ordered some crazy bread and crazy puffs for lunch today. I specifically ordered well done bread sticks. They ignored my request and gave me expired breadsticks instead. I worked for Little Caesars for 6 years.. I know soggy, expired bread when I see it. This bread should not be sold by Corporate’s policy. We’re not talking about a few minutes expired, this bread sat in the warmer for hours. How hard is it to put a new batch in the oven? It takes like 3.5 minutes to cook and you had to cook the crazy puffs fresh anyway – it’s just pure laziness. I won’t be coming back.

I am vegetarian and I came to get cheese crazy puffs and after a quite long but whatever wait, I get my crazy puffs to realise it has meat in it. So I go back asking for a cheese as they messed up my order and once I eat the new box they gave me, they STILL had meat. Such a struggle just to get some Cheese Crazy Puffs.

Kendel, was very rude and full of attitude. This was the start of the bad experience. Got back to our place to eat the food and found they didn’t cut the pizza at all. Called in to ask what there resolution would be and they said bring it back in and they will re make it. They refuse to remake and refund, which is ridiculous not to mention the un cut pizza is cold. The manager Kevin refused to refund the amount for the pizza after the assistant manager said he could refund or re make and I asked for a refund and then Kevin the manager called to tell me he won’t refund because we received the pizza, even though it was uncut and cold. Would refuse to tell me who owns this location so he can be reported as well, saying he was the closest thing I will get. Also there hot and ready box was not labeled or marked for how long it was sitting cooked, which is an operate violation. So a cooperate report will be filed as well.
