I ordered the #8 Billy Club, but it honestly feels like I was given a veggie sandwich instead. The amount of lettuce and onions is overwhelming compared to the tiny portions of protein. I’ve had issues nearly every time I’ve picked up food from this location, and this experience was disappointing.

Ordered two sandwiches and they took forever to get two standard sandwiches out. Over 20 minutes. With two workers literally just standing around. Turns out they just sat them on the counter and didn’t say anything so we had no clue they were ready. Not only that we got the complete wrong sandwich. Ordered an Italian with no tomato, the worst sandwich job I’ve ever seen. Be better.

Gross food, mass incompetency, extremely uncomfortable tables, a parking lot that causes more accidents than sales, and a staff that is rude beyond anything ive ever experienced. The place is basically just there to be a day job for kids, if you want real food then there are plenty of local places you can get quality food. Good luck Jimmy Johns.

Don’t be cowards and hide from customers. If you’re closed say so (posted hours say otherwise) We pulled into the drive-through and were never greeted or acknowledged, even after waiting and speaking up. This was frustrating and unprofessional, and it made us feel completely ignored as customers. We expect basic communication and courtesy when using your drive-through.

Life Is Good
If you reflect hours online then stick to those hours and don’t close your doors and turn off all lights 30 mins prior to the posted close time. Management please advise your workers to be professional and considerate seeing as though they are poorly representing your food chain that drives your sales to bring in revenue!

If you want a rude and unprofessional experience come here!

Otherwise there’s alot of other places to eat!

Our family was planning on eating in but when we pulled up just before 8, the chairs were already stacked on the table and the floors were already being mopped. Decided to go through drive thru since they were cleaning for the night. The person giving us our order was in such a hurry, she almost sent us on our way without our complete order. Love the food. You guys might have more customers in the evening if it didn’t look like you were closing two hours early though.

We were rushed, and they were very busy, but we got our two sandwiches very quickly from a smiling staff member. Both our meals were very good (Cubano and a Turkey). Excellent and if we’re in the area again, we’ll eat there again.

I didn’t know what time they opened and accidentally walked in at 10am! (They had the doors unlocked, probably for the employees to get in.) But the manager was super nice and (instead of kicking me out) let me order anyway! I felt super bad for coming in crazy early, but he was quick, friendly and the sammiches were delicious when we ate them at home.
I’m not a fan of Jimmy John’s usually, but this store specificly has won me over. Yummy and the manager rocks! ☺️

So, today was the first time trying this JJ.
Walked in, observed a team member sweeping “not the most glorious” function but he swept and took care of cleaning up as if he owned the area…thumbs up!!!
Cleanliness especially the soda section was excellent,, no cross contamination and was kept orderly.
Observed the line of sandwich creation. One issue when orders are processing… small suggestion with tickets that are passed on to the sandwich makers, instead of mixed tickets for food to be assembled. If no digital or electronic system, from start to finish a rotary to put tickets on and removed to a nail stub when order is completed.
Don’t get me wrong. The team us fast n efficient but as I was there a customer came back in from drive thru and somehow missed some sandwiches that was missing from their order. The team quickly made the missing items but possibly need a better handoff when orders are completed just for quality…freaky fast but not good if orders incomplete!!!
For my order a regular tuna, I think it was a #9.
Which. Tuna well balanced and not overly wet…ingredients were perfect and no fish after taste i gave a five due to balance with the bread texture, firm and soft quality…
All together GREAT job from all team members….
