We stopped here for a quick lunch and it didn’t disappoint! We ordered the samosas, steamed chicken momo, and the chicken curry. The samosas are very flavorful and spicy. I love the green sauce with it! The steamed chicken momo was cooked well and filled, but after the samosas they were bland. The chicken curry was sweet with a little bit of spice. The garlic naan was crispy and very good with the curry. Service was fast and helpful. Will definitely come back!

I put off trying this place for far too long, and we decided to check it out on Father’s Day. My only regret is waiting until now to try it
Service was exceptionally friendly, and stopped by often to make sure everything was okay. The Momo dumplings were delicious with or without the sauce. I got chicken korma and it was amazing! My father got the mixed biryani and loved it as well. Garlic naan was on point too.
Ambience was great; I really enjoyed the styling inside for tables and decor. Would highly recommend this place as a local gem, and I will be back

I usually wait until I’ve been to a local restaurant a few times before posting a review just so I know how consistent the experience is… so, after several visits to this place, I can say that NC Spices is amazing! I was born in India and grew up in a Nepalese environment – so I can attest to the tremendous dimension of flavor – consistently! Great service as well!

Thank you for such a wonderful food experience here this weekend! The food was absolutely delicious! The flavors and butter boosting from my butter chicken was a dream☺️. We miss eating Nepalese and Indian food. It’s so hard to find a decent one around here. We have to travel from Goldsboro just to eat good stuff. Highly recommend! Service was also great! Ok 2nd time here in less than a week I will say no matter time of day or day of the week this place is delicious. The customer service is most definitely top notch and is always great. They as a whole have great customer service great attitude and love for the restaurant it’s clean and smells good specially with the aroma in the air this place will be a 10 out of 10 for me and when you want Indian food come here I promise you will love it

Guys, keep doing what you’re doing. Everything was amazing – service, atmosphere and more importantly food. I had the lamb korma. Spices were just right. When I dipped the garlic naan into my korma, I was in heaven. I also had a cocktail (Jab we met – very punny). It was exquisite. If I had big money, I would dine here every weekend. Definitely one of my top favorites. Thinking of the day we go back again .

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are extremely rude and completely disrespectful to customers. We entered the restaurant at 7:40 PM and were told to wait 30 minutes. We waited in car and came back at 8:10 PM exactly as instructed, only to see the attender giving tables to people who arrived after us.
When we questioned him, he casually said there were no tables available and that they were not able to serve us — even though there were clearly empty tables right in front of us. Instead of taking responsibility, he just said a simple ‘sorry’ and walked away.
This kind of unprofessional, dishonest, and careless behavior is unacceptable. If you don’t value your customers’ time, don’t ask them to wait. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all.

First time at this restaurant. We organized a large group and NC Spices owners and staff handled everything so well. The food was plentiful, well seasoned, and tasty. The service was excellent – everyone worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t wait to go back with a smaller group.

Inside could use some updating. Could be a county bar or a restaurant. Bathrooms need a little update too. Stated with Gobi Manchurian. Super salty. Very heavily breaded but the spice level is really good. I would give it a 1 or 2. If that were the only dish I tried I would not come back.
Ordered the veg momo platter Steamed ones were very good. One appeared to have dairy. The chili veg momo was very good. 5 for presentation 4 for flavor because its veg there should be no animal products. Worth coming back for. Would ask for no cream.
Last dish was the Tadka Dal very smoky and spice level was good but massively salty. Almost tasted of bacon. I would give it a 2. I would not order again.
