Stopped in for a night cap after a work party. Lady behind the bar liked my hat, and I got a cheap beer for letting her try it on.
Went down stairs and was greeted with a gothic speak-easy. Not what I was expecting, but they welcomed me all the same. Asked for a sipping whiskey, got recommended Hibiki. BEST whiskey I’ve ever had.
In short: Great atmosphere if you like quiet bars, great service, and knowledgeable bartenders. I’d recommend this place to several friends.

We went on a Thursday night, so there werent a lot of people. Recommend reservations. This place is located below the Adalina. You need to take the elevator down from the restaurant. For drinks we had the Woo girl and Side Peach. The cocktails were great, the vibes were nice and the server did a good job. We did paid street parking close-by.

So glad to have found and publish this Google Maps location, and write the first Google Maps review! Located below Adalina, this speakeasy plays 90s Hip-Hop music with some underground (pun intended) jams. Highly recommend reservations whether you are planning to go earlier or later. Service and Cocktails are excellent. Cocktails are very well-crafted so enjoy responsibly. Aaron himself is also on the floor providing a helping hand – Very nice gentleman. Can’t wait to go back. I hosted an engagement party at Rose Lounge and was blown away by the service, pre- and post-event communication, and the quality of the drinks and atmosphere. Intimate and hip. Very talented bartender in a cozy lounge that is well supported with excellent service. The DJ delivers a fun atmosphere and ad hoc dancing is not an odd thing of the mood strikes. Many great speakeasy/ lounges in Chicago but this is great on the Golf Coast.

Best restaurant experience I’ve had. Fatimah was the most warm, welcoming presence. Our experience wouldn’t be the same without her! She made our time at Adalina so special.
