They dropped my pizza or something. Sent them feedback online. No response. Also, the driver went past our building so we had to look for him. And it was difficult to know that he was the driver since he didnt speak english. Nor did the driver give us a receipt to sign like usual.

It’s a bad restaurant. I ordered a pizza with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They sent me a pizza with bacon, and I’m allergic to bacon. When I called them to find out what this was, they answered me in a provocative way and told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. After that, I called back and she told me the manager was unavailable now and the shop was closed. I ordered and paid for a pizza, and it was their mistake. I sat there without having dinner. They told me to do whatever I wanted, and they had no solution for me. It’s an unprofessional restaurant.

Today I ordered 16 hot wings well done light on the sauce. I get home and my wings were doused in hot sauce, to the point they were not edible. I called and asked to speak with a manager at 7:49pm. I was told because my number was private I can’t speak with a manager and that I need to call back without my number being private. I told him my number private or not has nothing to do with me speaking with a manager.
So since he refused to allow me to speak with his manger I wrote s beautiful email to their CEO Ravi Thanawala.
