Could not be more disappointed! We ordered tofu satay skewers that came with no satay sauce, and tempura veg with sweet chilli sauce which turned out to be 2 tiny tear-open sachets instead of a pot of sauce. I ordered a satay dish as my main and it was just more dry tofu with steamed veg and a few dots of satay paste on top of a few pieces. We ordered Jasmine rice and sticky rice, but recieved 2 pots of plain boiled rice. Everything was tasteless, plain and greasy. I’m going to make sure everyone I know avoids this expensive mistake.

Superb food! Absolutely delicious: the best Massaman Curry and coconut rice I’ve ever had. My husband had the beef with Ginger & Spring Onions (plus coconut rice) and he said it was delicious too. The dishes were beautifully presented, the portions generous, and we thought it was good value for money.
There was a very limited choice of desserts because the top three that we would have chosen were unavailable.
Very nice atmosphere and decoration in the restaurant.
We did have a problem with the service, which was incredibly slow. We visited early (at opening time) on New Years’ Eve, but despite being fully booked, so knowing exactly how many staff would be needed, there were insufficient staff on duty. Even that early in the evening there were very long waits for orders to be taken, tables cleared, drinks served, and getting the bill/paying.
Having said that, the food was so incredibly good that we will definitely return. This is a restaurant that deserves to succeed.
(And if it’s not New Years’ Eve, there will likely be no staffing issues.)

First time coming here and what a lovely little place this is. Well decorated, exposed brick on the walls and clean. I had the beef rib masman curry (sorry if that’s not how you spell it) and it was the best curry I’ve ever eaten. So yum! You can tell it’s smoked and such great flavour in the sauce! My only drawback on the service was that they didn’t seem to know much about the food they’re serving. However still a great place and would definitely be back for the food!

We had dinner at this place and ordered quite a few things to eat. It was the bank holiday weekend and the restaurant was packed. The chicken satay was tasty and delicious. Tried the prawns and squid but it was more like a deep fried kfc coated squid which I did not expect. The Tom yum soup was not bad except that it was too tangy but the spice level was good. Talking about the main course – the Thai green curry was too thick and felt like coconut paste coated with veggies. A bit of a curry style would have been better. The sea bass was well made with crispy vegetables. I really liked that !! Overall I would recommend a few things to try here but some of the dishes requires a bit of tweaks to make it more authentic. The service was taking way too long as only 1 or 2 people were serving, cleaning and taking orders.

It takes a lot for me to give a 5 star review because I like things to be very good. I have had a lot of take aways from this restaurant which have all been delicious however the dining experience was even better as you get to see the beautiful presentation of the food on a plate and perhaps order dishes which you wouldn’t have on a take away. As an example we had the seafood platter which was not only cooked to perfection but with a delicious sauce you could dip perfectly cooked scallops, king prawns and mussels into!
The deconstructed monkfish patang curry was an utter delight ….beautiful perfect fillets of monkfish wrapped in a banana leaf parcel of deliciousness with the pouring sauce next to it. It’s nice to experience a dish presented slightly different to what we would expect. The vegetarian starter platter was also fabulous, I am not vegetarian but one of my fellow diners was, mushroom skewers with a peanut sauce and homemade vegetable spring rolls….I can’t wait to order this myself! Nice champagne served in a good glass….so important! Lovely smiley staff who were kind and you could tell genuinely wanted to look after you! Every table was full with a nice atmosphere. Cant wait to go back.

Awful experience. Waited 2 hours for food – should have just left. Whilst we waited, Deliveroo driver after Deliveroo driver (probably 50 in 2 hours) turned up to collect online orders whilst we sat and waited in the restaurant. When we finally got food, it was hot in the middle and cold on the outside (like it had been microwaved) and wasn’t very good quality in general. Didn’t get half the drinks we ordered and didn’t get any of the rice we ordered to go with the curry. I’ve eaten in this restaurant many many times over the last 5-10 years and this was absolutely awful. What a terrible start to 2026.
The only waiter in the restaurant tried his hardest but forgot a lot of stuff like drinks, but that’s to be expected when he’s answering call after call from angry Deliveroo customers who haven’t had their food for hours.
Really poor management, need to sort their business out. £75 for 2 mains and a starter with a 3 hour dining experience from hell. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

I went to this restaurant with my husband got the first time, and I was amazed by how friendly the staff were and the food is outstanding. I had smoked duck Thai curry and couldn’t eat it all, there was so much of it. My husband had the ocean Thai curry again massive piece of bass mussels and scallops was fabulous also they had Singha beer on tap. Strongly recommend you visit. Linda
