I really enjoyed my meal at Krispy Krunchy Chicken! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, especially the spicy fried chicken. The sides were also pretty good. I especially liked the mac and cheese, though the coleslaw was a little bland for my taste. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that it can get a little crowded during peak hours, so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall, a solid choice for a tasty chicken dinner!

I liked this place once upon a time, but no more!! Their chicken has gone downhill. No longer tasty & spicy with injected marinade. Now just plain and dry like everywhere else.
And customer-service is horrible. Last time I placed online-order and when I got there, there was nothing left! Wouldn’t even get me refund on order!

I’ve been to other locations and they have always had plenty of food and it is been fresh. This is the third time that I have come to this store and no matter what time I have come they always are out of food or almost out of food. I realize the first time I came it was near closing, the second time I came it was about three-thirty and the last time was about two-thirty anytime I’ve been told that they just shut everything down for the the day.

Horrible place for chicken. Was there at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and only had 3 wings left, 1 mashed potato and 1 biscuit left. Chicken was cold and biscuit was hard as a rock. It cost $12, unbelievable. Don’t know how they have a 5 star rating.

Chicken was only okay. But the French fries were actually undercooked Safeway potato wedges. The honey biscuits were vile, completely burnt to a crisp and inedible.
