Its amazing how bland the food tastes i really dont know if its their ingredients or the workers or both but its honestly impressive how bland you can make a medium any topping pizza loaded with toppings cheese and sauce and its still tastes like NOTHING. absolutely Incredible. 0 stars if possible.
Edit: Its no surpise that within a 10 mile radius theres atleast 3 or 4 more dominoes locations and this one in ledgewood is by far reviewed and rated the worst. Says alot about whats going on.

This place should be investigated for theft and fraud! We placed an order last Tuesday (10/7/25) for a total amount of $71.09. We never received the order!!! After speaking with the delivery guy, he kept saying that he delivered the order, but he never did, specially according to the description of the house he said he left it at( it was definitely NOT our house). Then, we contacted the manager, who was dismissive about the whole situation, but he agreed to refund our money, he never did. The next day, we spoke to another female manager (this person definitely doesn’t understand customer service at all…very rude and dismissive and an awful attitude). She said that she would pass the information to her supervisor. We followed up a few more times and the same arrogant, dismissive female manager said very rudely that it was out of her hands and that she had given the information to her supervisor and that he would contact us. Well, today, 5 days later no call, no supervisor follow up and no refund!!! We work hard for our money to have this Dominos steal our money and at the same time insult me and my wife with their arrogant, dismissive attitude when we asked for our refund. We will NEVER order or buy anything from this Dominos store!!!

Ordered a pizza from Domino’s and was really disappointed. The crust was pale and doughy, cheese barely melted, and the whole thing felt rushed and undercooked. I expect hot, fully baked pizza—not something that feels half-done. Definitely not the quality you’d expect from a major chain. Won’t be ordering again unless quality improves.

I wouldn’t order delivery from here because they must not have enough people doing deliveries. Mind you I live 5 minutes away from the spot and multiple times it took them over an hour to get my pizza delivered, and it was cold. Probably from the driver having to go across multiple towns with multiple orders. I understand it happening once but I’ve lost count at this point how many times it’s happened.

pizza was a little cold but did come quickly. but it did not taste great.. the sauce was quite sour and needed to be reduced longer. the vegetables were chopped horribly, there were huge bulky chunks all over. they were stingy with the cheese and there was too much sauce. crust was seasoned well and delicious. however it did not hold up all the toppings well.
the atmosphere was terrible. constant noises disrupting our meal, bells, phone calls and alarms. employees were kind and had great service!

Disclaimer: I NEVER order junk food like but alas, I just moved in town and decided to have a few beers and eat junk food. So I got a large thin crust pizza topped with bacon, pineapple, and onions. It was absolutely delicious. Crispy, decent amount of toppings, fresh and hot when delivered. The delivery was fast and my driver/delivery man was courteous. Thank you Dominoes of Ledgewood for allowing me to indulge!

If I could rate this location of dominos A zero I would. I ordered a pan pizza and it was doughy and raw in the middle. I posted picks you can see how light the bottom is and the inside was chewy doughy and not edible. I called and told them and some girl was very condescending and said I’ll need to bring it back so she can inspect it. I said well you will have to take a bite to tell it is very undercooked. She said “ do you want me to help or critique my work ethic. “ I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager. I started to say she is rude and she hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and nasty “chef mike” got on the phone and was just as rude. It was absolutely appalling unprofessional behavior. I messaged the corporate office and threw the pizza in the garbage where it belonged.

The manager said I must be blind because she personally packed these and they aren’t burnt ! Then would not provide her name and hung up! No worries I contacted corp! Don’t order from this dominos they have horrible customer service ! And horrible food !

This Dominos is really bad. I’ve taken my chances with them multiple times and been burned each time not learning my lesson (though where I live, I don’t got much to choose from, the next closest Dominos is even worse than this one, lol).
Usually the pizza feels not cooked enough. Super soft crust at times and just everything is bland.
Though my last order was the worst. I put together a pie where chicken was the main protein on top and obviously what I was looking forward to. I drive it home, open it up and low and behold, NO CHICKEN. Terrific. So now it’s like, do I call them up to complain and they tell me to drive back 20 minutes to pick up a fixed one and 20 minutes back home or just leave it? I DON’T WANT TO BE PUT IN THOSE SITUATIONS. GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YOU HAVE ONE JOB TO DO.
So yeah. This location sucks, the next closest being Budd Lake is worst. Man oh man do I miss the Dover location when I used to live around there. That one was Dominos King as far as I’m concerned. Within the areas of Hackettstown to Dover, all Dominos in between are terrible with Dover being incredible. I don’t think I’ve had 1 bad order from them in dozens and dozens that I had.
