I’m in restuarant management, and whoever manages this store specifically should be EXTREMELY EMBARASSED. Firstly, I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:20 today, so I got to the 1801 location at about 1:17. An employee and some homeless guy were sitting outside smoking cigarettes, so I walk in. Nobody is in the store. No customers, no employees. Weird. Everything was also VERY dirty and needed to be stocked up (there were maybe like 2 napkins on the counter in the dispenser). So, I sat there for a second, assuming the employee who was outside was going to walk in. Boy, was I wrong. After the 6th or 7th minute of sitting there, I walked out to the employee and said loud and clear, “excuse me, are y’all open?” She didn’t even turn around and look at me, so I said a little louder, “ma’am, are y’all open??” With the same response – behaving like I wasn’t even there. So, I go get my husband and bring him into the store. THEN somebody walks out from the back. Oh, AND I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes on my food.
I don’t know what’s going on in the service industry, but somebody needs to fix it quick. I’ll not be spending ANY money with Subway ever again.

The service was horrible especially after I asked could I have fresh veggies. They was old,brown and frozen, none of the condiments was wiped clean nor the bang was clean . As a customer we should not have attitude when we ask for better items and I’m always pleasant. My service was by far the worst.

If that’s the manager she seriously needs to be disciplined or fired. She’s always been there asking everybody WHAT ELSE?! She’s always rude and does not need to be in any form of customer service. I quit eating there because of her. Firehouse has my business forever.

The manager that works day shift for some reason seem so freaking rude. She is nice nasty. Plus they had me wait one day 15 minute before they even took my order due to making online orders. The atmosphere here is almost like they hate to see come in the door

I ordered on the app …. I asked for extra onions and tbhey gave one onion I ask for light Mayonaise and they gave me enough to choke a mule! They had no lettuce. How hard is it to go to grocery store and buy lettuce.

I ordered the beast sandwich and it was made to perfection. I think the guy name is Montavious or Montravious but he made my sandwich and it was delicious. The meat and lettuce and everything was placed to perfection. The sandwich and taste was both complimentary and I enjoyed every bite. I will be returning again soon. I used to work in the food industry so I know all about presentation and taste and food quality and that sandwich was pure perfection and was made with some compassion! I should of taken a picture of it but it is apart of my stomach history now! lol

One of the best subways of Albany area. I would like to say Great job , to the two older employees that have been there for a long time .they were there for lunch today. I know they have to deal with a lot at that store and I hope that subway takes good care of them because they sure take care of that subway.
