Grandstand is always a blast! I had the Chicken Philly Quesadilla and it was seriously good — packed with flavor and hit the spot. The bartenders are super friendly and on it, making sure everyone gets taken care of fast. Great food, great service, and just an all-around solid place to hang out. Will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)
Grandstand is a big, open space with plenty of room to move around. The DJ was decent the night I went, and I noticed lots of staff in security shirts throughout the venue, which made it feel safe. The bar staff were super kind, helpful, and very responsive — definitely a highlight.
The crowd seemed pretty mixed in age, mostly people from about 30 to 65, with many playing pool. It looks like they also host music acts sometimes, which could make the vibe even more fun.
Overall, it’s a solid spot with good service, a laid-back atmosphere, and a crowd that spans generations.

if i could put 0/5 stars I would. this place needs to get shut down!! the dj sexually assaulted me, the security guard yelled in my face and the employees were trying to convince me it was a “misunderstanding” and not to call the cops. women be careful attending this bar. it isn’t safe.

Met Shelly, one of the owners and she invited me to watch the UA game. Never been, I had the grilled chicken sliders, that was amazing, the fries were a bit salty. To be fair I hate salt and usually ask for no salt, but the game had me distracted. The space is big, great for people who love playing pool. Not sure how busy it gets just because of the location.

New place that just opened. Very clean and friendly staff. It was not busy when I was there but the food was great! They have pool tables and live bands. Plenty of room for larger groups!

Bartender carded and refused to serve one white guy (30+ gray hair) because he had renewed his ID and had a digital copy while waiting for the physical to arrive, “I used to do that but then got in trouble so I don’t take any chances now,” then served me and two other black guys without carding at all, then carded the other white guy in the party. One drink, single, tasted like a triple, couldn’t even drink it. Otherwise very attentive and chill. Ordered chorizo dip, and it was a huge bowl, but barely any chorizo, very soupy, and very spicy, couldn’t eat it. Usually a decent place, and still was, but definitely the worst experience I’ve had there.

Great bar/grill spot in the heart of downtown Tuscaloosa. Good food, hospitable staff, and outstanding atmosphere. I strongly recommend this place to break bread with friends, for listening to great live music, or to just stop in to hang out!

Sports on every TV, country music playing, beer flowing, with some very tasty foods! My fav is the garlic parm pizza, although the chicken salad has a nice zing, and the fried mac n cheese is salty and warm, makes you want another beer.

Always a good time and a great staff. Beer is cold and bartenders are hot and good company with conversations. What’s better than that. Pool tables are a plus.
