I don’t know what happened to this location but the burrito bowl that I received when I did UberEats had me saying where’s the rice and the beef. The chips were burnt too. Everything you can tell was cold. I want my money back this is going straight into the garbage this is ridiculous. I took the lettuce off and placed it in the lid so you can see this is what was delivered.

We do Chipotle in our household every Wednesday. It is an easy meal with good healthier type options. It is the only night we get takeout. Usually go to order between 630pm – 730p.
We have 2 Chipotle equidistant away from where we live. This is is by far the best service, staffed and everyone seems to work well together. So kudos to everyone working together to serve the surrounding communities in a timely fashion. Hands down plenty of staff to serve you.
My complaint is mostly do to always the poor planning of food and materials. The last 5 weeks I have gone in to order to this establishment has been out several ingredients multiple weeks in a row. I can see here in there being out of ingredients but your sign clearly states open to 11. How can we serve people food to 11 if we are running out of ingredients before we are even scheduled to close. This is especially frustrating with the carne asada being a limited time menu item that is never on the menu. Can’t be out of rice, veggies, and meat. What are we serving hopes and dreams?
Needs to be some accountability to planning properly to serve your customers.

Place is straight up dirty, I get you can be busy and it can be a lot but I’m watching one of the male employees pick things up off the ground with gloves then he wipes those gloves on his apron then uses them on the food??? Better management is needed place is loaded with flies in December!! I had asked for extra chicken the lady members pan was low she skimps me I let it pass and watch the gentleman behind me get more chicken with one scoop and he doesn’t get the extra charge, I just walked out there’s better ran chipotles

Nastiest garbage I have ever tasted. They usually aren’t THAT bad. Completely give my girlfriend the wrong thing and when she said something about it they rolled their eyes and ignored her. Completely inedible and a complete scam. Whoever was working 09/14/25 around 5pm should be ashamed of themselves.

Could potentially be the worst chipotle on the planet.
There local manager just compulsively started an argument for a new walk in to go order because she was running a kale and spinach scam. Please keep in mind this is a “good” area between Akron and Cleveland. The food desserts that have to choose between McDonalds, Taco Bell or gas station food – at best – are probably my unwary suburban chipotle want to make customers pay more or wait longer for spinach and kale now too.
As I’m now eating it without kale or spinach with a plastic spoon. Good luck to that effort..

This place is the worse ,I ordered my food online cause it is always hectic around lunch time ,I get my burrito and it has nothing that I requested on is just big fat nasty chunks of fat pink steak no cheese no sour cream just rice meat beans what a waste of money I pitched the junk in the garbage people go to federales they are soooo much better this place sucks

I would give less. But let’s say I contact their chat support weekly. Tonight was my last straw the rice was almost in original form, being severed uncooked. I ordered sofritas and got chicken. This is beyond ridiculous this is a weekly occurrence. Would love to speak with the owner, but know that’s probably unlikely with how much money I’ve spent at this location and have not gotten in return for wrong proteins, rice that isn’t cooked even halfway, wrong toppings every week and I mean every week. Picture proof and order history.
I’m adding this as well. We tried again a year later and HAIR was in my food.

Placed an online order (8/24/2024) to pick up TWO hours before the store closed for the evening. Upon pickup, was informed that the store was out of both meats that I asked for (they substituted with something else), lettuce, cheese, and pico – basically everything that I had ordered in my two bowls. Out of it? It appeared as those the employees had cleaned up early for the night and didn’t want to open new product. Everything missing was basically perishable.
Asked to be refunded since I had paid for steak bowls (not chicken) and half the ingredients were missing from the bowl. Employees told me to contact through the website for a refund, as they couldn’t do it.
Got in the car and contacted through the website – website tells me to call the store. So I call the store back and the automated store menu won’t let me talk to a person tells me that the employees can’t handle my issue and to contact through email.
What a freaking racket. 0/10.
