Outstanding food and service at Keys on the Green. We had the pleasure of getting the Walleye and Pot Roast special. The walleye was really good . Perfectly cooked and very tasty. There was a delicious crust in the walleye. The Pot Roast was one of the better ones I’ve had lately. Full of delicious meaty flavor. The vegetables were cooked to perfection also. Our server was Steph and she couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive to our needs. She was pulling double duty, so hats off to her. The Hostess was really nice too. All in all 5 stars, keep up the good work. Highly recommended. I would also recommend reservations on the weekend.

Easily the best trout dish I’ve ever enjoyed. The stone fire place in the middle of the round historic building, created a “welcome-home” ambiance. The staff (including the hands-on manager) did an amazing job to accommodate our party of 6. It was truly encouraging to witness a professional team in this time where “creative excuses” are offered for poor and unacceptable service. The fish and chips dish also generated very positive comments around the table from seasoned international travelers. Well done, ladies…5 stars to the owner.

Beautiful restaurant with very good food. We ate outdoors which was a mistake. As soon as the son went down it got cold. There are almost no lights on the patio so it was dark.

We had a wonderful experience with Jarrett as our waitperson. He was kind, attentive and made sure we had all we needed. The food was great and it was so nice to sit out on the deck for brunch. We will be back and thank you to Jarrett for a job well done!

Great, enthusiastic staff, prime food, warm ambience. More and more, I’m being sold on the restaurants at the golf courses. It was so refreshing to have staff that seems genuinely happy to be there and provide service, and to get to know the client. I felt like a regular the first time.

We used to go all the time for their prime rib dinners on Fridays and Saturdays at least once a month because the value and taste for what you got.
It has been about 3 or 4 months since we had been there due to a busy summer schedule, but this past Friday was a complete let down and had it been our first time there we probably would not return.
Prime rib was smaller and cooked well done vs what we originally had ordered medium rare. The stake was just average at best and I guess we should have asked to have another one prepared but normally they always get it right the first time. We were with our out of town guest and didn’t want to complain but after we left, they said they weren’t all that impressed.
Service was horrible as well, we had to ask every time for a drink refill or if we could order food, this waitress will not last there.
We’ll come back in the Fall and give them a try again but if it’s the same as the last time we will mark this place off the list.
Overall they used to have the best prime rib, I hope they don’t get complacent and think people will continue to return if it continues like it did when we took our out of town friends there, it is becoming a luxury to go out to dinner with the economic increases and we should at least get something decent for the price we pay.
