Stopped in for lunch this afternoon. I had the Grilled chicken ceasear wrap, with tomatoes and cucumbers. Along with the sweet and smokey chicken, with broccoli. Both meals were very tasty, I enjoyed them both. The sweet tea with lemons will knock your socks off! The service and atmosphere was good.

We ordered delivery from the Forest Drive location for a meeting. Everything about the food was delicious until I took a few bites and nearly bit into this fly.
Upon calling the Forest Drive location back, we were told that there was nothing further they could do on their end because the food was delivered through DoorDash.
I doubt I will be going back to this location anytime soon, but if someone else decides to, please check your food.

This deli is absolutely delicious! The food comes out fast even during a lunch rush. The staff is absolutely delightful! Skylar was wonderful being patient as I had no clue what to order. The restaurant is clean and tidy and quiet to have conversations and or work during the lunch hour.

We have loved this location for 7 years when we first moved here. Over the last six months there has been a significant decrease in the quality of not only the food, but also by the staff that works there. Tonight was no different: the environment when i walked in to get our to go order was tangible uncomfortable, the staff was yelling at each other behind the desk, it was very short staffed, and then when i got home realized that the three kids meals i had ordered did not have the cookies or applesauce they were supposed to have, the garden salad i ordered was supposed to have honey mustard (not ranch which was packed), and then the taco salad we ordered had no chips with it and was served with the avocados pictured below. I’m sad. My kids love mcalisters and so did we, but this has been increasingly getting worse, and truthfully i don’t think we will be back.

I just placed and online order for my boss. For whatever reason the name didn’t update on the acct, a small miss understanding. Instead of them trying to assist my boss the where very rude and told her that she order to the wrong store. Then my boss proceeded to give the the actual order number and they stated that wolnt help them. What’s the purpose of and order number if it doesn’t help!!!They never asked what was on the order or anything and just kept trying to brush her off. Very poor customer service and all customers REGARDLESS of race should be treated the same!!!!

If you are out of pickle slices for the sandwiches, please don’t jam giant pickle spears against the sandwich inside the wrapper. Completely soggy, bread dissolving and squishy. Kinda scraped off the inside onto some rye bread we had, but it’s like leftover chef salad from last night at this point.

Not sure what’s going on here but I spent almost 50 dollars on door dash (along with 1 coworker). Where is my pickle, where is the toppings on my sandwich (only requested no tomato)? Where is the spoon to eat my soup? Where are my crackers? I got a choose 2 with half sandwich half soup which I upgraded to a bowl. A large drink and a brookie. I should’ve read the dang reviews first. They are scamming people out of money (not door dashes fault my food wasn’t made right or missing even). Some of us can’t leave work to grab lunch and when you only get to treat yourself to lunch every so often this is damn depressing. My meal alone was almost 30 something dollars. This looks like a kids meal. The one strand of cheese and three pieces of bacon was enough to piss anyone off. I’m literally eating just plain potato soup. This sucks
