Love that they brought back the shak pizza!! Ordered tonight and it was excellent. The girl working was very nice and helpful. Had to go pick up my pizza since the didn’t have delivery tonight. I would have ordered thru uber eats but the same pizza was 23.00 or just drive .5 miles for 13.00. I don’t know but that’s crazy, oh and that was with out the fees and tip too. The location was a little beat down on the outside. Huge pot hole so be careful, I drive a truck so I was ok but if you have a car that would have been bad.

Papa John’s is my go to spot for quick meal. They prepare all of their for in a timely manner. The food comes fresh and the customer service I receive is very inviting. The delivery drivers are very courteous as well. My children and l enjoy the meals prepared from.

The pizza I ordered tonight (and the last time a few months ago) was not good. The pizza crust was not done as it was the consistency of uncooked dough. Add to that the fact the pizza wasn’t hot. The cheese looked like it had previously been cooked/melted, but it was cold. I will not order from Papa John’s again any time soon.

Placed my order they gave me a window I showed up in the middle of the window to find that they didnt even put my order in until 10 minutes after I had been standing there which was 2 minutes after I had been acknowledged I was standing there. They were staffed by 2 makers and a manager and a mess of drivers but could not keep up with the volume for the evening proper management could have called people in to assist

First of all the food that we ordered came to us in a timely manner. Of course we tipped the driver although they have a $9.99 delivery fee which should be given to the delivery guy instead of us having to tip him as well. But all of our food was burnt and when we try to call we just kept getting hung up on. They prompt you to press two if you wanted to speak with someone but the second you do it hangs right up. So what we did was we called a Papa John’s at another location and needless to say they answered the phone and of course they gave us the customer care number to make a complaint on the one on Missouri Street. They also offered to make it right although the mess up was not at their location. We wound up having to take it back up there for full refund, and have yet to see it posted back into our account. My advice to anyone in the west Memphis area. DO NOT get Papa John’s at that location because you will be highly disappointed. There is no professionalism at that restaurant at all and I know that all Papa John’s restaurants are not like this one. However, they should not represent Papa John’s at all. As a matter of fact, corporate should shut that one down. Or get them proper training. Js

We ordered DELIVERY. The pizza was made PERFECT! It was cooked all the way thru and the crust was done…Not under cooked like some places when they rush your order out. The delivery driver read our instructions and found us with no problem! He was extremely polite. Thank you for doing an outstanding job! We appreciate top notch service like we got from this location! Y’all were a breath of fresh air in the current Service Industry!

They use to give you season and crushed red pepper packs as well as garlic butter….now you pay for them that’s fine but when I order and pay for them I want them ! I call the store and push the # indicated to speak with manager or associate and it hangs up??? Come on Papa John’s get it together.
