I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s today. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome right away. My sandwich was made fresh, exactly how I ordered it, and everything tasted really high quality. The store was clean and well-kept, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get in and out. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location on the south side of town. This place isn’t like other sub shops. Cold subs are a lot quicker to get made up. Hot subs are all made to order. The sub tastes fresh. The flavor is spot on. This is a great sub. True to east coast style. More meat and veggies than the other places. The price does reflect this. The attention to detail on every step is what sets this place apart from the other places.
The restaurant is small. There isn’t a lot of seating. There is has been a place to sit every time I’ve been. Most orders are carry out. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are too.

I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s thanks to Courtney, Taylor, and the entire crew! They were all incredibly courteous, making my visit so enjoyable. Their friendly service and attention to detail truly stood out. The sandwiches were fantastic, but it’s really the customer service that sets this place apart. After this experience, I honestly have no desire to go back to Subway. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work, Courtney, Taylor, and the whole crew!

Terrible. Just terrible. Over expensive. They’ve messed up my and my family’s subs, numerous times now. And they very often do NOT clear very well when it comes to dealing with a gluten intolerance/allergy, because everytime my mom gets a gluten-free, both in-store but ESPECIALLY online, she always ends up feeling sick afterward. And it seems their bacon is either burnt or not cooked enough? I’m talking nearly raw or nearly black char. This is coming from someone who LOVES bacon regardless of how it is.. unless it’s raw or burnt, apparently.
It’s very often that the cashier and other people on the front line seem very unhappy or in general not pleasant. I can’t blame them too much, given what they’re making hourly. Even so, that’s an unfortunate part of food service, and being not at all friendly to customers is a no go, in my book.
In summary, after having gone 3 separate times over the last year (well, since they opened nearly a year ago) as well as a few online orders, this last visit has been the nail in the coffin for me and my family. Jimmy John’s or even subway can have our business, at this rate.

My husband and I went in the shop on the $5 sandwich day. They were slammed!! I was so impressed with the positive attitudes of every employee. There were several rude customers that came in and the employees just smiled and tried to help. The sandwiches were great. We will definitely be back.

Really disappointing that this location hasn’t even been open one month and it’s absolutely filthy.
The staff wasn’t helpful, the older lady was very loud and almost pushy while we attempted to order. Made it seem like we were wasting her time.
My sandwich was lukewarm at best the cheese was nowhere close to melted.

First timer here, this place is amazing!! The freshest meats and veggies, the rosemary/Parm bread is so good!!! Highly recommend!!! I tried the Mike’s Chicken Philly, and OMG! So delicious! So much better than Subway.

I’ve ordered 5 diffrent times the same sandwich same order for carry out or delivey and its a simple order !! ham extra cheese ,let,tomato,onion on wheat with light mayo and i get one slice of cheese and my sandwich drenched in mayo .its my own fault for going back because they don’t pay attention to the orders . Guess its back to Subway or Jimmy Johns atleast they pay attention to the orders !
