Early Saturday , almost empty, but long wait to be served and coffee to arrive .Check out what a machiato should be !Two people ahead of me walked out and returned to patio with food/ coffee from elsewhere. Asked to repeat order twice and it still came out wrong. Asked if scones fresh, was told, .. “yes , yesterday “!!!
Scone was stale , dry and frozen in the middle . Patio full of non SS customers .

The service staff was friendly and helpful. They made my child a special sandwich due to the fact they don’t really have a kids menu. It was yummy and cheap. Great coffees too.

I, along with 2 co-workers, visited your Main Street location around 8:14am on 2.25.25. Upon arrival, the cashier did not greet any of us and acted annoyed that we were in the establishment. During the visit, we asked about two (2) familiar employees that we have interacted with in the past and she gave a very rude and dismissive response.
After one of my co-workers placed her order for your famous dirty grits using cash, this rude cashier placed her change on the counter.
Our practice has utilized your establishment for catering orders in the past and have patronized this business on various occasions and even had the opportunity to meet the owner while he was assisting at the Main Street location. This is certainly not the behavior anyone should/would expect from an employee, particularly at a cafe where our prior customer service experiences have been superb.
To be frank, this cashier needs to be re-trained on how to interact with customers.

Staff member was not welcoming at all. When I walked in the look she gave me was as if I had done some heinous act. Decided to order a Iced Americano and she gave me a Double shot Latte. She needs more training or why run a cafe that nobody wants to visit??

Treasure Hint #3. My final challenge was very hard. The clues referred to a clock pattern around the city using references like USC and the city police HQ. But the “spotted” friends clue made me think of the salamanders around main st. I had to get help from Sarah you let me know her Bldg had recently opened this expansion site for Spotted Salamander. Josh came down from his office and joined me for some spotted wraps.

Awesome spot for coffee and a fresh and delicious lunch. The cafe on main offers the same quality and exceptional taste expected with a streamlined menu. If you’re on the go you can expect friendly and efficient service or you can choose to enjoy your meal at their spacious outdoor seating area! (Indoor tables are also available.). I was warned that this location was not the greatest. However, I was in a pinch and decided to give it a try anyway. I was calling in my order and going to deliver the meal to two different locations. After going over the menu and deciding what to order (pre-lunch rush around 11:15 AM) I first spoke with a female worker then a male worker got on the phone and said very rudely that they prefer I come in to place the carry out order. I explained that I was in a bit of a time crunch and could I please order it ahead over phone so I only needed run in and pick it up and get back on the road. He again said they really prefer customers to come inside and place their order so their food could be made for them when they order it. As we know parking is difficult where they are located—being in a crunch I didn’t have time to spend 15 to 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot to then go in order food and wait 15 minutes to 20 minutes on the food. He would not budge so I let him know that I would not use their location ever again. Not smart. Oh and I was only ordering 2 salads, chips, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks.

Was a little put off by the employees or owners of this establishment. My first time trying will not return. Seemed very rude or just not happy to be there. The only reason it’s a 2 star is because the food was pretty good.
