It was very hard to find this restaurant using Google Maps because it is located in a shopping center on the top floors, which is not annotated on the maps. Also, the name written is different and it seems they have changed their decoration. I only got sure I was there when I saw the bill with Xiao Nan Guo written on that. The food was delicious, but it was hard to communicate with the waiters, even using translation apps. I picked a dish from the pictured menu and asked whether the it was spicy and the answer was “not particularly spicy”. The dish I got looked totally different from the picture I picked and was very spicy, but nevertheless tasty.

It’s a high-end Shanghai restaurant. I personally thought the cooking was okay, but the view was great—you could see the entire Huangpu River. The minimum spend per person for a window table is 265 yuan (super expensive).
