Reviews
I do not know where the negative reviews come from.
They have the consistently great food at unbeatable prices as all Buffalo Wild Wings.
They also boast a friendly, hardworking, and tenured staff including Bruce, Taylor, Marcell, Raquel, long-hair Danny, and so many others!
This location also has an awesome and unique indoor/outdoor rooftop bar that has plenty of seating, huge TVs, and an area for Bocci.
Plus, the restaurant has the biggest TV I have ever seen (technically it’s 15 TVs put together, but still!)
And, they have Touch Tunes, which is a lot of fun.
Don’t listen to the haters! Give this B Dubs a try and you will not be disappointed! You cannot get more bang for your buck anywhere else.
Terrence the GM just came over to this location from Cumberland Mall and he is always working so hard to keep everyone happy and satisfied. Big time Kudos to him!
Stevenson is totally awesome! He is an excellent manager.
Five stars!
Also, her and all of the other bartenders handle dirty customer plates, glassware, cash cards, etc. & don’t wash their hands and then grab the lemon/lime/mint used for drinks with their DIRTY/CONTAMINATED bare hands! Someone should inform them that in Georgia there may be no bare hands contact with ready to eat foods.
I went again last night and as I bit into a wing there was a large piece of hair in my mouth! I informed the manager and waited nearly 20 mins for new wings and when they brought them out they didn’t even have to decency to bring the dipping sauce and the wings themselves were poorly sauced. The bartender brought out the bill with the wings still on them and I told her I wasn’t paying for them. I don’t go to places looking to get free food but I honestly feel like it was warranted bc if an employee hair enters MY mouth I should be compensated for it in some way as a basic courtesy. She said her manager (the one with long dreads) refused to take the wings off the bill bc he replaced them and said that she would get him to come talk to me. He never came and eventually she walked over with a new check with the wings removed. I paid for them and she brought the receipt for me to sign with no pen—I guess she knew she didn’t deserve a tip. I asked the bartender for a to go box and she acted like she didn’t hear me. I asked again and she had another female manager bring it to me.
We’re all human and make mistakes but to make two serious mistakes on back to back visits, provide terrible customer service, and not want to make it right is ridiculous. Jada, you’re a terrible server & bartender!
It took another 15 minutes before I could even ask to place a food order, and I ordered a small hot and lemon-pepper cauliflower bites. After more than an hour and twenty minutes, and after asking for the manager three different times and standing near the kitchen trying to get her attention, my food finally arrived.
My guest ordered a beer that never came. The most disappointing part was that no manager ever came over to speak with us. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but communication and accountability are everything. If management had simply addressed the situation, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. Upper management or the GM really needs to evaluate how this location is being run.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ boneless wings are super – they are crispy outside and juicy inside. The texture was on point—crispy, but not overly greasy. The flavor really shines through the various sauce options they offer, I love their wild, Mango Habanero and Asian Zing.
Pair it with fries with desert heat dry rub.
The portion size is usually decent, and they’ve got great dipping sauces to go with.
The best thing is bogo Thursday – boneless; but service is always slow especially on Tuesday and Thursdays. Their new limited time offer cajun sauce is good. Wild flavor is forever love .
We finished the whole tray
I wish I could give it a -1. The management really needs to look into the behavior of their staff who are thoroughly unprofessional.
I had ordered my wings through their app about 1.5 hour before reaching the location.
When I reached there, there was no one and many people were waiting for someone to show up at the reception for their pickups.
When the guy showed up and looked at my order, he was like, it has not been made. It is still in process although the app said it would be done before that.
To top this, I saw a walk whose order was taken in front of me and then delivered to him in 5 minutes.
I had to wait there for around 30 minutes for an order which I had ordered on the app 1.30 hours before.
When I confronted them, the were very rude.
Never ever ordering from here again
