9-2-2025 WORST BURGER KING EVER!!! Don’t waste your time. Rudest staff ever. Called 3 times before going to see if they had stuff to make Impossible Whopper, but no one ever answered the phone. Ignores customers waiting at register. The food was cold. The order was wrong. Asked for hamburgers with no onions or ketchup and got cheeseburgers with everything that was NOT supposed to be on it. They forgot the fries. Was charged for large o ion rings and got a small order. Went to register to ask for the fries and was given fries that were undercooked and cold. They don’t like making the Impossible Whoppers so they lie and say they don’t have the stuff (happened twice) This was my third attempt to get the Impossible Whopper. Went inside to ask if they had the stuff to make it and she smirked as she was turning her head to asked if they had the stuff. The restroom was FILTHY and smelled like dead rats.
Made us feel.like we were wasting her time to take the order. Another employee came on shift and sat down to play on her phone.
Best part about it was throwing it in the trash.

If I could give the place a negative star, I would. Service was absolutely awful. The employees were basically half asleep, we couldn’t understand them, and we had to repeat our order FOUR times face to face. And they STILL got it wrong. They gave us a kid’s burger instead of a regular whopper and then gave serious attitude when I asked that it be replaced. Same thing with the two wrong drinks we got also. They just slapped another patty on the burger and said “here”. Awful service, subpar food, and the atmosphere was garbage. Don’t eat here.

First time ever going there i lives in Ruston, 12/15/25 they forgot to put our 2 orders of fries in the bag we had to ride back around i understand it it was not the girl in the window fault, also lunch time they toke our bag looking in it to making sure we wasn’t lieing guess looking for grease stains than had attitude will never go there again

Went by 7/20/25 and purchased the new brisket bbq. The whole meal was like it just came out of the ice box. Lettuce was bad, hardly any brisket, (spoon full at best). Don’t waste your time stopping there.

Drove off because my wife ordered a #2 and they didn’t ask my wife what we wanted to drink so my wife respectfully told them and tge girl said “oh lord” like really. We are paying to be rude to, we’ll take our money somewhere else. No stars because it’s our first time stopping there. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was terribly rude acting like I was bothering them by being there. They barely said 3 words to me before handing me my food and slamming the window shut. And apparently they were completely out of drinks. Terrible place.

I have never experienced more rude obnoxious people at a drive through window than I did at this Burger King. I think I will eat at home from now on before bothering them again. They are rated by how long you sit at the window. I want to sit there until I get my order. Not happening.
