The people are the worst. Guy doing the pizza doesn’t have gloves on touching everything. The guy that took my order very lazy didn’t even pay attention that the pizza was going down the belt where they put the slice to heat up. Worst attitude ever! Why even work there if they arent even people friendly. Told the guy 1 pepperoni and 1 peperoni&sausage and he proceeded to give 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Worker touched one of the slices barehanded, my pizzas bread looked deformed, and I couldn’t even finish it because it looked really bad. I only ate the toppings and it was Meh.

Ordered uber eats at 3pm. Called around 430 because i kept seeing my uber eats driver was being switched. I called the restaurant. Broken English man told me 30 more minutes. Then someone else came on the phone and told me it was already picked up. The very next minite my order was cancelled on uber eats. Its obvious drivers were coming into the store to pick up my order and it was not ready. Hence qhy the man on the phone told me 30 more minutes. Dont have food apps if youre not going to hold ip ypur end of the bargain. I was absolutely upset with my expectations and experience.

I’ve been getting pizza from this location for YEARS. But recently, the past few times, everyone working here is completely incompetent, RUDE and just overall horrible! They don’t care about their job, they don’t care about the pizza, they absolutely don’t care about ANYTHING. You can hear them cursing, bantering with each other, paying ZERO attention to the line. Why are these people working at a job they care a solid NOTHING about? Terrible, horrible experience. Close it down!

Omg! Was so happy and surprised to see Sbarro still in the food court of the mall! Had to grab a couple of slices. Pizza still taste like it did when I was in high school. (That was one of our meeting grounds in my day afterschool). Had the cheese slice and the mushroom and spinach slice as well. Was so good!. Will definitely be going back.

I understand that they looked short staffed , but the guy taking my order was rude when taking my order as if he was annoyed , then I found his long hair in my pizza! I thought hairnets were needed with long hair. I rather pay for expensive pizza outside of the mall then go back there again!
