Came in late and they didn’t have any fresh hot coffee made and immediately made a fresh pot. I told them don’t worry about it and they didn’t make me feel bad for wanting something they were out of. Unlike other establishments have in the past. They could have taken me saying, “don’t worry about it” but insisted. Super friendly staff with great coffee. Thanks BK, you made my night!

Look, you’ve eaten at these joints before, and you’ve been to multiple locations. This one has a score of 100. If you haven’t been there lately, you can get a Whopper and a fry for $10. That’s cheaper than a double patty at Five Guys. Is the quality the same? No. But if you’re craving a burger and you’re on a budget, this may be the better bet.

They have messed up the big fish sandwich! The 1st one was great. Went back for another at drive thru, got home and it was horrible. The fish was not the same, burned on edges and dry. I asked for just lettuce and mayo on it. Did I get that? No. I got fish and bun! The onion rings were just as bad! Will not ever go back!

Walked in to order the food because the drive through was lined out. So I got a kids meal and a cheese burger. Waited almost 15 minutes and 3 people who came after me got their food. I asked 2 times for my order and the whole time it was sitting there needing to be bagged. The food preps in the back didn’t have much ppe on as far as hair nets or anything. Just a hat. Cool whatever. But super slow service. 2 stars bc my little girl ate the fries and nuggets. But no way woppers and chicken sandwiches are ready before a 4 piece kids meal.

My husband just waited 45 minutes just to be treated with a horrible attitude, only revived one of our drinks, and when he asked for the drinks he ordered the lady looked at him made 2 other people drinks then walked away after only handing him ONE of our TWO drinks. Everytime we go here it’s horrible service

Went to the drive through and the guy didn’t say one word to me. Took my card and gave it back handed me my food and I left. Not a thank you. Didn’t tell me my total. Nothing. Then I get my whopper and it’s not at all what I wanted. The thing looks like someone threw it on the ground and wrapped it up. Also, Im aware your understaffed but if you can’t properly service your employees then close your doors.

If you can get past the dirty floor, molded ceiling tiles, duct taped booths, bothched paint job, then the food is okay. The people were working were def in no hurry, there were several breakfast sandwiches just sitting under the heat lamp and we were the only ones in the store, so I suggest you order something unique to avoid the old food.

Came through at 240 took me 15 mins just to order. I said a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup and cheese it said on the receipt and the lady that took my order was hard to hear she was very unprofessional and I dont want her service it was terrible. My cheese burger came with ketchup chese pickles mustard . And my fries had no sauce
