The lox Benedict was beautifully executed, and the shakshuka was pure comfort perfectly poached eggs, rich tomato flavor, not spicy at all, just cozy Sunday morning vibes.
The menu is huge. You can customize your own omelet or choose from their specials — there’s truly something for everyone. And the house-made sun-dried tomato dressing? I would put it on everything.
Stay tuned because their specialty pancakes and high tea deserve their own moment. Bonus: there’s a small parking lot in the back, which is always a plus.

Eggty 8 Cafe in Fort Lee, NJ has become one of my favorite spots for breakfast and brunch in the neighborhood. I love the Chicken Waffles Eggs Benedict on the menu. Crispy chicken sits atop poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, making a perfect meal, and the home fries are tasty and well-seasoned. Another favorite is the Peanut Corn Pancakes, which are fluffy and not too sweet. Corn and crushed peanuts top them to add a nice crunch. Servers act quickly and cheerfully; the atmosphere is warm and relaxed here, and it is excellent for a solitary breakfast or brunch with friends on the weekend. The cost reflects the quality and style of the food I’ve eaten. Eggty 8 Café remains my go-to spot for delicious, unpretentious mornings, and I look forward to many return visits.

Found this place on Google and it didn’t disappoint. There’s a small parking lot in the back, but it was empty early on a Saturday. Jessie was our server and was very enthusiastic about the menu and the specials. She recommended the blueberry matcha latte and it was good. They have some unique options, like the Asian omelette and peanut waffles. We were happy with the food and drinks and more importantly, they were very nice people. We would come back.
