My boyfriend and I heard about a special they were doing, it was a poutine breakfast. It was amazing, the brown gravy was so flavorful and rich. It was a really good price for the size of the dish, which was huge. The wait staff was super sweet and attentive, overall it was a great experience!

The food wasn’t too bad, calamari was a bit chewy but otherwise delicious. The steak was cooked wonderful but the asparagus was undercooked and still very crunchy, they offered to switch it out but I didn’t like any of the other dishes they had. They say us in the very back of the restaurant where there was one other family with a very rambunctious child, kind of ruined date night. Otherwise not bad.

Very expensive for the quality of the food. Box and canned food, not what I was expecting for $70 per person.
The male maybe manager, repeatedly cut me off instead of walking around or waiting for me to walk through. We were having coffee and visiting after eating our Thanksgiving meal. Three times we were rushed out the door.
I would have gone to Taste of Maine had I realized they do not prepare food from scratch.

The new pot stickers were fabulous, light and tender and beautiful, Oysters super fresh, seafood medley great as always, honey soy and parmesan crusted scallops were both big hits. We ended happily with the chocolate mousse and triple berry meringue. It was quiet and the server was very pleasant and attentive. It was a very successful birthday dinner.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. We come up to Maine every summer and always look forward to going out to dinner here. The food is amazing, they have a very nice salad and bread bar as well as lobster. The service is also exceptional! This restaurant deserves over 5 stars.
Update for June 2021: Sadly because of being short staffed they have temporarily decreased the menu options which is a shame. The menu is much smaller for the time being, and has much fewer gluten free options. Hopefully the old, larger menu will be brought back soon.

Really pretty restaurant. It seemed busy when we were there so we waited for an hour for our food. The servers did the best they could!

Whatever you do, don’t go during off hours. We went at about 2pm on a Friday unfortunately.
Service was really bad. I felt like we were just an annoyance to the wait staff. The silverware had water spots, and the bathroom smelled bad.
The pastry chef (said that on his jacket) had to come out and tell the hostess to seat us.
I had crab cakes. The plate looked pretty but the crab cakes themselves were too wet. It was more like a crab salad fritter.
This place is better for dinner and special occasions.

Delicious breakfast, elegant dining room with artistic accents. I had the Greek omelet with toasted Irish soda bread, fresh, well prepared dish.

I planned for brunch with my family on Easter. We have always had excellent food here, but this year was horrible. There was only one type of egg, the hash brown was disgusting, the bacon and sausage were overdone and the only other choice they had was ham. The only thing even a quarter way good was the desserts and I can make better ones than that. It was the worst $600 we ever spent!
